I don't think this is perfect protection. At least with Title 9 cases what matters is how she feels and she can change her mind the day after and the burden is on you to prove otherwise. She can enthusiastically scream "yes" as she rides your dick but during the last thrust she can lose her enthusiasm and that means you raped her. That's their logic. She doesn't even have to say anything, as the new standard is not "I actively protested, I said 'no'" but instead "enthusiastic yes".
