Well, we're definitely playing someone elses game, and have been for our entire lives.

Take for instance something as simple as food. The ketogenic way of eating, it can do things like starve cancer, stop inflammations from all over the body from joints to skin conditions, improve mental capacity and efficiency (which is important, considering that paired with drugs being legal, it seems we're supposed to be dull cows), less corrosive sugars in our system that can stay heart disease and keep arterial walls healthy, significantly reduce body fat and improve long-term energy, so forth.

This one example is something that the US gov't teaches the opposite of; eat tons of carbs and sugars, kill the fat in your diet, so forth. Which has lead to 1 in 3 people being obese in this country, sky-rocketing healthcare costs, meds that are created to be bandaids on just a single aspect of the unhealthy lifestyle, meds to counter the side effect of those meds, yada yada yada. One simple thing, the diet, is putting every single person in this country in control of the gov't or health care or big pharma, and not in their own control.

Now expand that past diets, and what do you see? much of the same things.

It's not a scam, it's the wool that's been pulled over our eyes, and being men, we're loyal and don't ask questions, until it's getting too late. We're finally at that point now is all. We'll solve this though, it'll just take some time and effort.

Welcome to red pilling, you maybe micro dosed as a teenager, maybe a bit before then even like most of us, just about everything is indeed bullshit. So how do we avoid black pilling? You make the choice on what you can tolerate or not, you need a job- ok, those are usually endless bullshit, but you can balance it out with other important disciplines, hobby building, fitness, lust for nature, etc.

The point is counter balance the shit in order to keep your head in a safe enough place. It's not easy, and often it seems like people want to watch you black pill instead(people are also bullshit), focus on red pill and see that it's underlying intentions are to build you up while shaking your worldview at the same time, it's like a coach that screams at you endlessly but hugs you when you accomplish a goal.

Life is a magnificent thing - I can't think of anything better then having LIFE.
