I always flip the role and think wow, what a life.

If I, as a man, had the alternative reality opportunity to stay at home, even with a toddler. I'd take it. All the shit I could get done. Projects around the house, cool dinners I could cook, maybe a little side business/hobby. So many possibilities.

And yes, I've taken care of toddlers for extended periods. They're actually not as bad as it sounds based on every woman I've heard talk about them lol. Some can be, sure. But that is rare. If you know how to entertain them and keep them busy you've won the battle. Plus, after a couple more years they can become a helper with some projects.

That wasn’t too far off from my marriage after each kid. I would usually go to the gym at night from 5-8 with the kids. I was the guy dragging out the workout as slowly as possible, then hitting the spa and sauna. I basically did whatever it took to get away from her constant complaints. She wanted a third kid and cried when I said she made parenting look so hard that I’m not doing it. Now I have my kids 50/50 and we have a blast without any nagging in the background.

She's got their son as a government-appointed hostage. And she doesn't sound like mother-of-the-year material, but you know she'll still go for primary custody anyway in order to get child-support and get a taste of that sweet "single mothers are the bravest and noblest humans ever" glory.

It's a tough call, which is why MGTOW focus more on avoiding the problem rather than getting through the problem. Suggest to get a nanny-cam and monitor it 24/7 and be prepared to take action before the kid becomes permanently damaged.
