3.) MGTOW You get sick of it all. You've gotten laid a few times, had Short term and Long term relationships, one night stands etc.. Pussy's all right but it's not that great. You start to lose interest in dating and focus more on things you just enjoy.. Whether it's gaming, reading philosophy, or going mountain climbing. You don't get the FOMO feeling so much anymore but rather enjoy and relish the rare moments of peace and quiet you get. You're generally content with life and ok with the idea of there not being a "one" but merely someone you might procreate with at some point who may or may not leave you (but most likely will). Better off not testing that.

I think TRP is good for young guys to get a bit of game so they don't end up 90 year old virgins on the account of being too shy. Trying to get guys to go the pump&dump route though is a bit more questionable as it just feeds into the feminist narrative that men are only interested in sex rather than that pump&dump these days is more of a response to all the girls out there sleeping around and having more sexual experiences than your average guy these days. Plus there is the STDs, pregnancies scares, the rape allegations, the psycho drama to deal with and the more you pump&dump those odds rise dramatically. As many others have already said, the TRP sub is important inasmuch as it is a stepping stone for the most logical application of manosphere knowledge: mgtow. In many ways, that sub is like the teenager equivalent of swallowing the red-pill. He's surely not a clueless child like your poor blue-piller, but he's still under-developed in understanding the risks involved in his actions. I'm far from the only one here who dove deeply into TRP/Pick-Up, did the whole shebang (pun not intended), then saw that the risk-reward ratio when dealing with women was just not balanced at all.
