Many Women do not like it because it means there are less men for them to leech off. They would have to seriously change their ways if even half the men out their caught on to MGTOW principles.

I would suggest the guy on the video is making all the regular mistakes that MGTOW has seen through so is either blind to the issues or hurt that he does not have the same wisdom. So he is trying to insult MGTOW to cover up for his inadequacies.

I don’t know whom you called into but I’ll be sure to not find out and waste any time watching him, I’m married and not eligible for MGTOW (yet) but I can see it in my future for reasons. I agree with the philosophy in this day and age of “guilty and never innocent no matter what” court system. Been dragged through courts and child support and most men have no idea women are schooled in “how to get aide” from any and all agencies when they want to string you up. Even non married single guys just trying to date are foody calls and whatnot. Dating apps and online dating has wrecked normal social skills and normal channels for people to meet. The education that a lot of the channels provide is invaluable. I wish it was available to me in the early 80’s I wouldn’t have made the mistakes.

Might just be their honest and wrong perception. Perhaps it's meant to provoke a reaction where heterosexual MGTOW express disgust at the idea and will thus attract the ire of homosexuals. Remember that MGTOW is just as much a philosophy that will save homosexuals from traditional institutions.

Probably though it's just standard "that's gay" shaming. I'd just say yeah I'm gay so it's perfectly safe to leave me alone with your wife or girlfriend. If something happens it doesn't count, because I'm gay after all. Mgtow is a philosophy of self determination and ownership, sex has nothing to do with it although there is of course a part to play within the whole mgtow mindset it's not the be all and end all.

Mgtow is men going their own way, wgtow is when going their own way. Mgtow started first and then women copied it and while mgtow men try to elevate themselves above the hate and bitterness for what we have lost and suffered, wgtow are generally bitter at what they have never had to lose to begin with.

Now in future if you find that you can't or won't walk away and have to get involved, then first learn to argue and debate with people.

So let's take you being told that it sounds gay, your response would be, maybe to the ignorant but them mgtow men don't care what your sexual preference is in fact we are very anti-homopbia. Of course there are some men who are very against gay people but you'll find that in any society or group if it gets large enough. If a man chooses to go mgtow and at the same time he's gay, so what, another man free from society and doing his thing for himself is what we're about.

You see what that does is to show those making these stupid statements that they are ignorant, homophobic and lazy people. It also shows everyone listing that you aren't the hate monger they were all led to believe and led by a hate monger.

It also shows that you have put forward a logical reasonable argument which many and especially those who are lazy struggle to argue against.

You can easily follow up with, in fact mgtow are the singular most egalitarian group in the face of the earth as we reject that men are required to show any form of sexism towards women even the benevolent kind. We reject that men should help women, aren't they string and independent, can't they do things for themselves, do they need to be rescued by men anymore.

Now either they agree, in which case they can't argue against mgtow as it makes logical sense, or they argue, their only argument is that women are helpless little flowers in need of protection and help. Of course that's outright sexism.

Next you follow up with saying we damage the abet less because we only do what we need for ourselves, we don't earn money for another man's child, why should any man be expect to raise another man's child, isn't it true that many day their child already has a father and doesn't need another one. We just agree with that statement.

You follow that with saying women are graduating in higher numbers than men, we think that women should take the reigns, it's just that if it fails now they can't put the blame for failure on anybody else than themselves. There is an argument for this which is to say that the best should get the job, well looking at the graduate numbers the best is clearly women so they should be given the job.

Lastly you finish with saying we reject marriage and cohabitation, there Rey isn't a problem with that seeing as the general population is also doing the same thing, just in our case we make it a rule to stick by. Again then the only argument is to say that's wrong in which case the argument is to say the whole of society is wrong.

It takes time to learn how to argue and lead people I to traps of their own making though so learn strategies like this and if you can't walk away you'll at least be able to make a reasoned argument which will make mgtow look like common sense and the other person look like an idiot, try also to remember you aren't doing it to change their mind, that's already been decided, you are doing it to get those who don't know or are undecided onto your side.

Men hate MGTOW because they see men not doing what they are told by society and being happier than them. They caved to society in hopes of happiness and all they get is a moving goalpost.

Women hate MGTOW because it's threat to their power. If men GTOW women only get the resources the state takes via taxes to give to women. They get more if men buy into marriage and a modern feminist society.

I am trained in Biblical polemics. I learned how to refute certain claims and counter the other side’s counter-refutations. But more important than that is WHY people believe as they do and why they refuse to believe as the evidence suggests they should believe.

Sometimes people believe a certain way because that’s what they were taught, and straying from the Party Line can result in unpleasant repercussions. Some of those repercussions are promised in the distant future, some are meant to suggest that distant future might arrive a lot sooner than you thought! (Yes, that’s a veiled threat.)

Sometimes the reason they believe is that they have built their entire life on a certain foundation. Imagine going to school to become a dentist only to find out your passion is in psychotherapy. The wasted money and time learning something that you can’t benefit from, the added expense and pain in learning what you need to know to live your life happily. Imagine a Catholic priest or nun who finds out the Trinity is a lie, and if the Trinity is a lie, is there even a God AT ALL? Yet this nun or priest has taken a vow to eschew sexual relations forever in order to dedicate themselves to a personal relationship with a person who doesn’t exist. (Luckily, the Party of the Second Part doesn’t have to honor that vow if the Party of the First Part doesn’t exist, so there’s that.)

People are still being raised to seek the single-family house with a yard surrounded by a white picket fence and the house holds a father, a mother, and 2.5 healthy kids (one of each, the boy the older of the two) and a dog and a cat. But then you learn that NONE of that is yours, it’s only your turn... for now. All that truly IS yours is the financial expenses! Expenses for pleasures that can be denied you at any moment.

Who would not want to balk at such a bleak knowledge?

I noticed this too. There is yet another SPLIT in the manosphere. This time the WAR between CGA (Coach-Greg-Adam) vs Redpill Rule Zero (Rolo, Rich from Entrepreneur in Cars) has really gotten out of hand. I love Rollo's Rule Zero podcast (but) I do get turn-off whenever he makes fun of MGTOW and Blackpillers like he is so much superior. I think the FLAW within us men. WE must everybody in either Black vs White binary. You're either with US, or you're against us. Sadly, this split will never healed. Good job for calling in. I'm not in agreement with the never talk about MGTOW crowd. There's a time and place for everything. And remember you weren't trying to convince him/her. You presented the lifestyle and tenets for all the guys listening/who will listen. Some number of those at some point will say fuck this culture and fuck women taking advantage of them. They will remember mgtow and come our way.

We don't recruit for mgtow, women do. However, you basically put up a sign saying "Look...high fun/low stress lifestyle available....". Women recruit and men remember the sign. Women don't know what they are recruiting FOR....they just are being themselves. You provide the "for".
