There are certain privileges to being a woman. Society is now seeing that if you grant certain privilege on women and take away privileges of men, certain men will now subconsciously desire to become women.

Tell them you identify as a woman before they attack you, and roll up your sleeves in front of them. Make deliberate eye contact. Then, challenge them if they get aggressive or attack you.

There’s a difference between gender and gender-identity. The latter implies identifying something in a way contrary to definition. Identifying someone with male chromosomes as female is no different than identifying an animal with canine DNA as a cat. Definitions give language meaning. If we are going to identify things or people contrary to the definition, then the word ceases to have meaning. The more we identify men as women for example, the less meaningful the words man and woman become.

This is something more men should exploit however. When a position or opportunity discriminates against men, more men should respond by identifying as women for the purpose of eligibility for that position. Claiming one identifies as female doesn’t mean the man in question has to act feminine. It’s all about self-identification after all.

Nope. Sorry. That is not how gender identity works. That is how reactionary pundits THINK it works and they’re obviously taking up some space in your mind, rent free.

You do that, first of all, and being a woman makes no difference in terms of formal law. Secondly, you’ll look like a transphobic idiot who’s trying to make the court look like a fool, which isn’t going to gain you any points with the judge.

Third, even if you were legitimately a transwoman and punched a woman, you’d now be dealing with TWICE the amount of prejudice: anti-trans prejudice, because you’re “really a man”, and the prejudice that men who hit women are always to blame.
