I just need to say this

When I was with my (now ex) GF she was abusive, well as much as a 15 year old can be. (I was also 15.) She would always hit me, and did all sorts of things to me that I didn't like, and I told her as much. So one day, I had enough. I blocked her punch, grabbed her arm and told her to stop. The moment after I did this, all of her friends started yelling at me and saying 'You never hit a girl!' (I didn't even hit her.) So I said that she was hitting me, but they said she was allowed to because she's female.

I know this probably isn't a representative sample (I don't even know the sample size) good enough for solid statistical analysis but this quick survey would suggest that at least 46% of women are violently and blatantly hypocritical about men, assuming all surveyers were female and answered both questions. Is my math right here?

I talked with Feminists about it on some forum long time ago. And they said, that if a guy punches you, then you might get a serious physical trauma, but when woman punches a guy, it's like absolutely nothing. And they also said that some men even enjoying when woman hit them, and some men can also get "excited" (sexually) if you punch them.
Yea, looks like they don't see men as a human beings.

If a man hits me I'm ducking out the way, if he lands it, I'ma run away because mama did indeed raise a bitch lol. I'm 5'3" and never been in a fight just like 99% of these other girls who act all tough and think they can take him. 🤷‍♀️ Ladies, ya wanna know we say "never hit a woman"? Well it's because it's assumed she's acting ladylike and would never assault a man. You gotta remember the stipulation here lol.

That's a really good point. I wonder... fellas, why would you not fight back if a woman or girl hit you first? Why would you not defend yourself? Who taught men that they should never ever hit a woman under any circumstance? Was it.. feminists? Or was it the adults in your lives as a kid?

Men and boys are taught never ever to hit woman because even today, we act like women are frail and weak. This isn't true. As a teen and young adult, I always used to punch my guy friends in the arm as a joke, not like hard, but playfully. It wasn't until I was friends with a man who just flat out said "That hurts, you know?!" that it sank in and I stopped with the playful punching. I never thought about it before, I thought it was cute. But it's not, it's fucked up. I had that little nugget of internalized misogyny in me. That little peice of my mind that still believed that because I was a girl, nothing i did could hurt a boy.

But clearly, that isn't true. There's never an excuse to hit anyone, especially your romantic partner regardless of gender- except in self defence. Then, do what you have to do in order to defend yourself from harm. That's basically feminism.

That said, I don't really trust this screenshot since it cut out the number of answers recieved, because that's really suspicious.

Weird question. If another man punched me, I would also not hit back - it would be an absolute last resort, and only if my own life or that of someone close to me could depend on it. Gender would be pretty irrelevant, apart from the fact that, everything else being equal, an aggressive woman may seem less threatening than a man.

You can actualy expierience this mentality at my school. So one day I hung out with some if my Friends during Lunch break on our Schoolyard. When an Girl (I presume she was in 10th grade because I am in 8th grade and she looked oder than me or my buddies) started punching a Boy on our Schoolyard. Me and my Buddies didnt do anything about it (as I was punished for defeneding someone Who was being punched before) so when a teacher finally comes around and asks what happens she completly believed the Female Student even when we told the teacher that the Girl hit the Boy. It ended up by her being "prased" by the teacher for "defending herself" and the Boy receving a so called "Time out-Bogen" (a piece of Paper eher the Teacher rights what you did wrong and you "reflecting" on your behaviour. (English is not my First language, Im in mobile yada yada yada)

This is a fair double standard. A male punch can do much more damage -- if you're not in danger, generally try to avoid violence, but if it comes to it, just slap or push. And don't forget to report aggressors and gather all the evidence you can.
