What are his dreams, hopes and aspirations? How could you help out for him to achieve some of those?

What you could do to help to unload some of the workload of him unto yourself?

Answer these questions to yourself with your man's help and you shall have all the needed answers.

The first step is realizing no one is perfect, and that includes you. This means you will make mistakes and that's okay. It's how we learn and handle those mistakes. Men don't want respect, they need it. And I would make this synonymous to the way women need to be loved. I, as a man, cannot function without adequate respect in my household. Without it, my desire and motivation is siphoned. But when I'm filled with respect, I feel like I can conquer anything.

Another important aspect is to realize men are built differently. We face our battles differently. We are strong in many ways others don't realize. We deal with a lot of internalized doubt about the world and how hateful it is. Be the opposite of what we see going on and defend us at every chance you can get. Be there for him, respect him, understand him, and support him. You'll do just fine!

These are the things that come to mind. My wife does a lot of these things for me, and in return, I give her all of me. My entire life is hers. My money, loyalty, and devotion. She married me before I was anyone, I have since become a millionaire, but I have to say that she was always there. Helping me and cheering me on every step of the way.

Honestly, we're simple creatures. Hearing from our partner that she loves us and supports us and backs us up, means the world to us.

As for putting that into action, we like being the little spoon sometimes, we like when you run your fingers through our hair while our head rests on your chest or lap, we like kisses on the cheek, we like hugs from the side and behind, we like when you do little things for us, and sometimes we need to be cuddled. And yes, sometimes some sexy-times can cheer us up when we're down.

Little things like these will make him feel supported.
