I find it sad the amount of bitterness I sometimes see here. I find that these attitudes aren't present in any of the women I associate with. They're childish, mean, and haughty, and the women I know are not. I subscribe here because I'm interested in gender issues, and I think there are some serious issues that need to be addressed if we're ever going to be a truly egalitarian society that men's rights is right about. But I'm grateful for the women in my life and I'm pretty sure the vast majority of women aren't terrible, passive aggressive jerks. I'm sorry that some of you have had experiences that make you feel that way about them.

My aunt posted this on Facebook a while ago with the caption "Isn't that right, girls? ^{^teehee"}

Proceeded to get into a huge argument with her when i told her that unlike her "girls", my girlfriend is pretty honest with me. She launches an attack, saying no, all women are the same.

Right on cue, a whole bunch of women join in and shoot her down.

She deleted the post pretty quickly.

Number 3 is my favorite one. "Go ahead: this is a dare, not permission." That seems to be the stupidest one out of the bunch, because, as far as I know, "go ahead" is giving someone permission.

I don't see any entitlement anywhere. This is just the [stereotypical] way women deal with interpersonal conflict. Are you saying you think people aren't entitled to have interpersonal conflict?

Second of all, instead of acting victimized that women are passive-aggressive arguers, you need to ask yourself why. The fact that assertive women aren't as well-received as equally assertive men should enlighten your understanding on this topic.
