I don't know why should be credited with this, but the way it was explained to me is the following:

"Women are born with value while men have to make their value."

Because women's inherent value comes from birthing children, they are protected strongly up to and through their childrearing years. "The wall" is them reaching the end of that period.

Men, however, can continue to drive value until they die through their accomplishments.

i do think the 40s are somewhat of a wall when it comes to men who live by their appearances and I also think there is something with sperm production and risk of congenital stuff for men having kids at that age but the topic doesn't matter a whole lot to me so feel free to correct me.

the point is that men are also more desirable for their looks (those who are anyways) up until a certain age, maybe with some more time compared to women, but there is an age wall for men as well.

This is why the female labor force is negligible too. Almost 90% of it is domestic labor. Literally just the jobs they would be doing at home raising children.

Value is entirely subjective. Sexual Marketplace Value is the name for an estimated aggregate of choices by age. Both Men and Women are evaluated by SMV during early stages of dating. The wall is a phrase coined to indicate the sharp decline in SMV women experience as their ability to have healthy children fades.

What they don't realize is there are other types of value they can offer, the value of being a good partner. Call that Relationship Marketplace Value. Men have no SMV/RMV to begin with. Women start with high SMV and low RMV. Men can build both. Women can also build RMV. But what many women fail to understand is that the transition from dating to marriage (in the man's judgement) is almost entirely based on RMV. Once a woman’s SMV is low, most men stop evaluating RMV for that age group because the attraction is gone. So too the desire to accommodate her needs.

They should be grateful because men who low SMV are generally just invisible.

This is the wall in a chart. Shout out to Rollo and the Rational male. If you guys want the "how to be a better simp" philosophy, then by all means follow that lifestyle. Nothing wrong with that. The philosophy I'm subscribed to is the Free Agent lifestyle by Coach Greg Adams and Alpha male strategies by AMS.

The reason why I chose those philosophies is because it has given me the results that I want. The hardest truth pill that I had to swallow is that Men need to be above average and compete in life. So I chose to compete in life, I chose to compete in the gladiator arena. Most men are afraid to eat what they kill and earn themselves a place in the top 10% of earners. When I say a man with options needs to have money, I don't mean you have to be a millionaire. You just have to make above average and have disposable income. Disposable income to go overseas, disposable income to rent puss, disposable income to not deal with Western women's bs.

So back to the wall chart. The wall chart needs to be adjusted for inflation and adjusted for the state of the world economy. The height of women's sexual market value is really 22yrs old, and it's downhill from there. The height for men's sexual market value is unlimited. There's 77 year old Billionaires with 19yr old girlfriends. Elon Musk has like 10 baby mamas?

I know gentlemen, to reach an smv where women start respecting you for what you are worth. It is a long grind and it's an uphill battle.

I've said this many times here. If you go to other subreddits like passive income and dividends. There's men over there in their 40's with 1-2 million dollar portfolios, and that portfolio is paying them up to $10k-$20k a month. Passive income, sweat free income. That is the results of 20-30 years of hard work.

So yes, men are born with the wall. You need to grind to acquire resources. You need to start investing at a young age. You need to start listening to men who have more experience than you do, because one of the ways to gain experience is by absorbing knowledge.

The "wall" technically exists. Granted, we are believed to be less attractive in all ages. Though, that's slightly wrong as we have better skin, eyelashes, and other things. Pretty sure the bias is largely due to not wearing makeup.

The "wall" is something like 40-45. When we reach a point of not attractive enough to have a child with. Money really can't make up for this except with a handful of women and less if we aren't super rich. You can see this in how women feel about bald/balding men.

The wall for men was childhood. Watching as your time had no value and your love had no value because you had no money.

Your love and effort was the wind at their back. A blessing of words they'll recall on when the people they have eyes for shut them down. That guy doesn't love me, but people do. A bunch of boys lining up to give girls who never cared about them a mother's love, so they can tackle the world with absolutely no abandon.

I think a reason for a lot of men's attraction being stunted is because of trauma. When men loved the most and the hardest is around the same age group of women they keep going for. Id say the same for women. Who crushed them? A bunch of young adult men or fully adult men either made with enough resources to get her attention, or enough assets where she'd be set for life. We're both pissy about who the other side is attracted to, and neither side gives an absolute shit as to why...
