Futurists/Technocrats: It should be zero. Lightbulbs should be obsolete by now. It's ridiculous that we need to be "screwing" in lightbulbs in this day and age.

Academics: This question cannot be answered because we don't have the context. We don't know the culture, socioeconomic class, education level... We don't know anything of these men! But if we go by the default assumption that men are equal to women and we assume that all people are equal (both very fair as default assumptions), then going by the estimate that the male to female population of the world is 1.08 males to females... then it should take approximately 0.48 men to screw in a lightbulb on average (by mean) from a global perspective... but this is discounting children and disabled people... We really don't know anything and can't offer anything for now.
