Firstly, the following is stated:

You’re famous for the statistic that 11% of numbers you got ended in sex.

Bear in mind, this does not mean that 11% of the women that he approached ended in sex.

Yes, people love that! It’s approximately one in nine. So if I get eighteen numbers in a day then that’s two confirmed fucks.

That's IF he gets 18 numbers. So let's say he gets numbers from women two-thirds of the time, which would be a pretty incredible strike rate. That would mean he ultimately sleeps with around 7% of the women he approaches, or one in 14.

This is someone who is extremely attractive. For any average male, the numbers are going to be far lower. Although he claims otherwise. He states that the 11% figure is some sort of magical number. But he then also concedes what anyone with half a brain knows to be true anyway.

Yeah, of course looks play a part, but even a guy below average can improve his results.

The next thing to note is that you have to be in a big city. I do not live in a big city. I used to, but I moved away from living in a big city because you get fucking sick of it. But don't worry because he has the solution:

So basically everyone should move to New York. There might be one of two logistical and financial barriers to cope with in order to do this, but everyone should move to New York anyway.

Not only that, but he states the following:

I grew up with guys who were equally good-looking – charismatic athletes, very popular, but all of them capped out at about 75 bangs and are now married.

So according to him, if you have sex with only 75 women and then get married, that represents failure! By that estimation, 99% of men are failures! If you want to round it up to the nearest decimal place, I would suggest it would be 100%.

Then he points out that if you don't have other people willing to do this with you (and what sort of person wouldn't have several friends all willing to move to New York and approach women for dozens of hours per week?) then it's pointless.

So in my thirties all my running mates in NYC who provided support and had an interest in my narrative started to fall away. If we don’t have a witness to our lives it’s quite meaningless.

So let's say you were optimistic and said that the average guy would have to approach twice the number of women that he did in order to be successful. That's pretty optimistic, but I've also made optimistic estimates for his success. I'm trying to be as fair as possible. That means you'd have to approach roughly 25 women, maybe speak to each one for around five minutes, it would take time to locate them as well, and you'd probably have to spend a couple of hours texting them before you found out which ones would be willing to meet you. So I think that's a bare minimum five hours per day.

So all you need to do is move to somewhere you don't want to live, have a group of people who are willing to do the same, invest at least three hours per day in approaching women, not to mention probably a couple of hours per day in texting them, cope with an absolute torrent of rejection without getting discouraged, and the average guy might be able to sleep with about 3% of the women that he approaches, which is probably an optimistic estimate.

And Janka operated in the era before Tinder, before Internet dating became massive, before any woman can acquire dozens of options through her smartphone in a matter of hours.

Is cold approaching really worthwhile? And should you take advice from someone who considers a man who has fucked 75 women and settled down to be a failure anyway?
