This is a famous saying that exists in all languages that I can speak (although I only know four currently). And I agree with it; people with nothing going for them usually do end up finding something to do. What they end up doing is anybody's guess. Where I want to get with this should be pretty obvious for the people who 'congregate' here more often. For those who don't I'll give you a rundown:

  • More and more men are ending up without relationship prospects.

Everything discussed here never isn't at least loosely related to this phenomenon. Threads that seem unrelated somehow end up hitting this 'Wall' at some point. Studies state 27% of young men in America have not had sexual relationships ever since they turned 18. Probably didn't have sex before either, but not having sex as an adolescent is not an anomaly. The same study did show more women being celibate, but only for a year. There's a lot of factors that indicate that women who are not having sex for a year are simply not doing so because they have more important things to do at the moment, which is totally reasonable.

But what about the men? 27% never having any sex at all? That's huge. Literally a teeny tiny bit over a quarter. I don't know a single person who is in a relationship with anyone of either gender who never had sex at some point even if it was only once. Granted if I asked those who take religion seriously I'd probably find a sizable group of couples. But I find it unlikely that a quarter of modern young men are good christian boys saving themselves for marriage. Specially since the number of women doing so seem... non-existent?

Now: I am not claiming there are no women over 18 who are virgins. There's probably like, two. Jokes aside, I find it puzzling how no matter how much I look into it, I can never find even an estimate of how many young women today are virgins. And that seems impossible, they did it for men, so they definitely must have data on women.

The manosphere is growing more popular each year. It has been for quite a while and in the last three years it spiked in growth. The reason because women's virginity rates are not public is probably because it must be so low, researchers know the gigantic shitstorm it would cause. Incels would have a field day with it.

With the number of celibate and incelibate men growing, but women being generally unaffected (for once), it means that a some point women will only be getting together with a small group of men (the famed 20%) while 80% won't get a single crumb.

Men can only live fulfilling lives if they have a cause. Society instills in boys the cause of forming a family, having children and being productive. You want your family to live in the best conditions possible. Having a family, however, is becoming extremely difficult for men. Slowly, yes, but surely.

For the sake of discussion, let's say 80% of men will be celibate in the future. Only 20% get to have women. What are the rest of men going to take up to give their lives meaning? What will be the most popular cause? I can't see most of them simply doing nothing and accepting their fate. This could turn incredibly dangerous. History has shown us all it takes is a man with charisma to instill the feeling of revenge on an entire nation. Could something similiar happen to men?

TL;DR: what do you think it's going to happen? Will things get worse? Or will they get better? Perhaps it's going to get really bad before it gets any better? Just leave your thoughts below.
