I don't know how many of you watch Dr. K over at healthygamergg but he has his own subreddit and today he interviewed someone who posted his story about spending $50k on dating advice. This guy makes good money, works out, and does most everything right but he's still never been in a relationship. This kinda goes against redpill theory that those things are sufficient to hook a woman. It certainly goes against bluepill though that if you're just a good person, you'll get all the things in the world. Holy shit - the man gets a lot of fucking dates without a single ounce of quality personality. He's got so much trauma and CPTSD that it oozes out on every first date to where they all don't wanna date him again - that's wild.

What's interesting is that I watched the interview they had with him today and - it just reinforced the idea that redpill beliefs about status and money maxing aren't enough. Cause, here's the thing: He's also above average looking. This isn't from the gym either even though he says he put in a lot of effort there - cause you don't see any muscle on this guy. His biggest problem currently is his personality/trauma/anxiety because the man clearly gets a lot of dates but his money, status, and accomplishments aren't enough for any women to apparently overlook his personality flaws. This goes against both parts of redpill and parts of bluepill ideology quite heavily.

For my own personal life - I found it really depressing because I'm actually the same age as this guy but I'm much more accomplished than he is and have a way better personality. It's clear that his looks are what are getting him further than me and that was incredibly frustrating to see. A friend messaged me how frustrating the interview was because she thought he was so boring and was hoping we'd learn something for my dating life. Alas, we learned that looks is in fact paramount for getting first dates. Everything else seems... meh. Off to Turkey to get some surgery I'll be going - lol
