You can blame anything on anyone if you want to.

If a woman is dating who she wants and not dating who she doesn’t want, and you WANT to date her but she doesn’t want to date you back, you could blame her for your inability to date her, for sure.

But just because you blame someone for your problems, it doesn’t mean that person is deliberately doing anything TO you, they’re just doing what they want with their own lives.
