Same question I'm dealing with too brother. Once my mom dies, I probably will start making plans for my eventual death. That's if I don't have a girl to be with by then, but the future is still looking bleak.

There's no point in living

Even if you get a relationship, there's no point.

Anyone that says there's a point is making it up

You too are making it up when you pretend that being in a relationship is the point.

There are tons of things I want that aren't attainable, tons of them.

There are tons of things people that are in relationships want that they can't have.

But they don't want to end their life.

Hence, you might have a mental illness that keeps you in tunnel vision.

People keep saying do all these things that don't matter to me.

Imagine getting a relationship tomorrow. If all those things don't matter to you, you'll quickly find yourself in the same situation.

All the people that have what you desperately want, also do those other things that "don't matter" to you.

Try to get help, if it doesn't help you see the point, you would have lost nothing.

Whats next is a question you have to ask yourself and you can only answer it if you really accept you may really be alone.

The better question is why can't you calmy and peacfeully accept you will probably be alone. You may always feel lonely but that means you cant still look for something else.

Imo , there's creative hobbies , pursuit of career you enjoy , trying new foods, seeing new places meeting new people. But tbh having some won you like who likes you is better than all of those so yeah I kind of feel you .

Realise most relationships are utter torture: shackled to some ugly, resentful, bitter woman who does nothing but fill your weekends with bullshit and nag constantly.

Only the top 5% of men are in the type of relationship you want.

May as well pine for a career in the NBA.
