So I stopped going to the gym for a few years but have been maintaining an average build into my late 30s. My doctor said that wasn't enough considering my families genetics. I started going back to a large YMCA complex after about 20 years. When you factor in classes (honestly some are pretty intense easily doubling my calorie count on the weights) women out number men by 3 to 1 and Most of the guys I see are faffing off on the Track or "lifting" weights.

My city has 7 YMCAs and out of the 4 I have been to that demographic holds true.

So most guys are not even meeting the physical fitness minimum for entry into the dating market. Some will say but I am skinny!. Skinny doesn't = fit. The standard is higher for guys because biologically it is easier for men to lose weight and maintain fitness. (It has always been higher for men)

Also Fitness doesn't = gigchad. That is just the price of entry to potentially finding a partner, having some kids, maintain a relatively regular sex and moving on down the path.

It doesn't = new girl every night, instragram baddie girlfriend, 6 girl rotation.

In the land of 50/50 you can't really ask for what your grandfather's expected when they were willing to die to be the sole provider or give up all thier time to make a poor family feel rich. (There was only 4 hours of football a week so if your playing more than 4 hours of video games a week...) And they had broad shoulders, strong backs, and enough strength to make you think they could put the world on thier backs.

So sorry guys I support you on the systematic disenfranchisement front but on the not finding wives and partners you are on your own.
