I’m a nurse practitioner and trans women who have fully undergone HRT typically have less testosterone than biological women after “bottom” surgery.
Even if it isn’t, the original comment was that we should check the hormonal/biological make up of an opponent predicated upon gender. We have seen this with Caster Semana. She spent most of her life not knowing. She has the biological make up of both male and female. Is it unfair that she plays in a women’s sports league?
How would that be unfair if they are given the hormones and same percentages of body fat ? There muscle mass would become adjacent to a cis female as they no longer produce adequate testosterone/growth hormone levels.

Trans women no longer make testosterone in which gives them the advantage to upper body strength and a faster metabolism enabling faster endurance and stamina.
If a cos women is losing a sport to a trans women then that would be like any other women losing to another women in my opinion. If one were educated about trans women they’d know that although they are not biologically designed like cis women (reproductive organs, chromosomes, etc. which is usually an argument used against trans people) you’d know that they no longer make testosterone values any higher than a cis women, thus eliminating muscle mass and stamina.

I’m a cis women and I’m sure my testosterone levels may be higher than a trans women as they have undergone treatment to suppress testosterone in general, making their body fat % adjacent to a female.
I used the two different disparities of Serena williams and Nikkita to emphasize the advantages that Serena a CIS women may have over Nikita a TRANS women. But if you’d like I can pull up Trans women who are Serena’s height such as Carmen Carrera who would still be physically at a disadvantage.

The mental illness is called gender dysphoria. It's treated w/ buncha hormones and sometimes turning genitalia inside out. Nobody found a better treatment yet.

I think that's a bit too much of a general statement. The NHS mental health services are currently abysmal, as is clear in this story, but I don't think that it being a nationalised health service is the cause of that necessarily. Services have been cut and underfunded for decades, and mental health institutions have been closed to save on cost. If it was funded correctly, and services and staff weren't stretched thin to meeting the demand things might be different.
The NHS is brilliant for many other things, for example health checkups and common ailments. People who are less fortunate can use this service without worrying about the financial impacts it may have if it were all private or they lacked insurance.
I got muted in /r/atheism for saying trans people were mentally ill. So fucking weird because that's not even debatable. You literally necessarily have to have gender dysphoria to be trans. I didn't call them evil or disgusting, just said it was a mental illness.

They wont be happy as long as people pretend to go along with it. what they need is serious counseling and stuff like that to learn to deal with who they are. If society stops accepting it 90% of them will go away. Most of them are just stupid people doing it cause they're convinced into it, like there are people who will talk you into thinking you're the other gender because you're kinda feminine or like feminine things and people go along with it.
