You said "happy girls" not a "happy relationship" and different things make different people happy, a happy girl may or may not cheat depending on their perception of life, relationships and themselves.
Even if you did say "happy relationship" it is foolish to assume that one has to he unhappy in the relationship to cheat, as an example, one might be of the opinion that they only live once and want to enjoy their youth but also love their s/o and that if they avoid STDs/pregnancy then there isn't really anything materially wrong since the harm would only stem from the emotional impact to their s/o if they knew.
I'm not arguing for the morality of this, it's just an example, I'm arguing that your point doesn't hold weight since happiness is subjective and it's entirely possible that both parties could consider their relationship to be strong and happy yet one or both still engages in extracurricular activities without the other's knowledge.
Edit: It's like how someone might have a very nice car that they are happy with, then someone offers them a go of their Lamborghini, they say yes and enjoy the experience but prefer the nice car that they own for daily driving. I am proposing that cheating can occur independently of happiness and that although cheating might happen as a response to unhappiness, it might also occur for a variety of other reasons.
I gave the example of someone owning a car which they love and cherish and enjoy driving every day, that doesn't mean they wouldn't drive a Lambo if they were given the opportunity to do so, it also doesn't mean that they would want to drive it everyday nor does it mean they don't still feel content with the car they have.
So much cheating happens in the spur of the moment, not as a response to unhappiness but as a response to sexual attraction in the moment and often loosened inhibitions.
To say "happy people don't cheat" is totally wrong.

I think there's toxic behavior and toxic gender norms, and sometimes they overlap - but I don't think the stigma against men crying is "toxic behavior" so much as a toxic element of culture that is very much gendered towards masculinity. I think that would qualify as "toxic masculinity" - bottling up those emotions isn't healthy for anyone.
However, when toxic things that aren't gendered (like cheating on your partner) get assigned to toxic masculinity, that's when it gets dumb as fuck.

The problem that you're seeing here, I think, isn't one with what "toxic masculinity" is, but therefore what fourth and fifth-wave feminist extremists have decided to propagandize under the same umbrella as toxic mascilinity. It's a useful concept, but one that gets treated as if it were much broader than it actually is.
When it's broader, it becomes a boogeyman to blame all sorts of problems on - the same way that Antisemitism got its foothold, the same way that a lot of bigotry in the world got its foothold, and it becomes its own strawman through which to target the valid concept of toxic gender norms. I absolutely would agree that it's the right thing to fight against this misandry masquerading as feminism.
To cover the flip side, I think this subreddit serves primarily a place to discuss toxic femininity, although I'm sure actually using that phrase isn't as common here. I think it's important to recognize exactly what the enemy is - because a lot of people think they're trying to see positive change through, even if they end up feeding in to misandry instead of separating out "toxic masculinity", "toxic femininity", and "toxic [gender-neutral] behavior" (which includes misandry) properly. We need to call all of those things out, in my opinion.

For the most part though, In the real world using terms like toxic masculinity can create what we see here in the OP. For a lot of people those words justify a bias they already had and give them the confidence to publicly be vocal or expressive about it. For me that's why it should just be called what it is at the ground level. Just being a shitty person. It reminds me of the woman should do the cooking. It can be used as a joke with some people because they are able to differentiate. The problem is in a public forum, there will be individuals who can't and will take that as confirming their bias.
Adding masculinity to the phrase only serves to divide and confuse people more on the large scale.
It is what it is. Just look after yourself and be a good person. Help people and never shoot them down. We all die anyway. What's the point in even wasting time messaging that woman back in the hope she's going to have a life changing realisation in the first place?

I think 'Toxic Masculinity' is one of those charged phrases where its implications are not universally applied or accepted--and you have to 'read the room' when you use it.
It can easily be used as a shotgun blast that causes more collateral damage than necessary, but when handled deftly, it can also be wielded as a precision snipe that correctly hits its target: the acceptance of toxic behavior based on the excuse of gender norms.
There's room to disagree over whether its use causes more benefit than harm.
