How do we avoid/cope with burnout as a house spouse?

A little context. I would rather chop off my left arm with a spoon than go back into the kitchen. I feel like I am chained to it lately. I know it's in part the quarantine and everyone is home and I'm constantly cooking because of that but this happens every year or so anyway. I usually LOVE cooking but not so much right now.

I have no way to access my usual decompression methods right now with my kids home and needing caring for.

My partner still works (his job doesn't put him in contact with anyone) so I don't think it's fair to ask for.... I don't even know what I would even ask for.
