--Feels amazing,pretty much happy first time in like 5+ years,more energy than ever,didnt miss a single gym(mma) day+started swimming(2 times per week so far,will go for 3rd),looking for job,reading up on trp(finished "mr nice guy" and most of the sidebar) Concerns

--I feel so good that iam starting to worry about the "fall from grace".Almost feels like fake confidence(iam new tho,will see how it goes).

Overall i amazed by the results,and surely will keep it going as long as i can.

Beat my cig addiction. Winning against approach anxiety. Deep diving in conversations well. Logging FRs. Not getting phased by rejection Holding frame pretty well and recognizing shit tests well. Started approaching groups without fear. Learned to strike while the iron is hot. Played live music for the first time.

Bad

Losing some battles to my inner beta IE: collapsed under peer pressure to drink when I made a commitment to myself to be sober at all times. Not taking interactions to the end and/or walking away irrationally from conversations. Overthinking instead of acting. Failing the "i have a boyfriend" shit test every time.

Nothing big, just steady progress. Shaved 45 seconds off my 2.5 mile run, 3X's a week, got up to 3 X 5 on chin ups.

I'd say the big thing is this: I've laid a solid framework for continued success over the last year. My last LTR left about one year ago. I've been almost like a bitch in the past.....I literally branch swung to my last LTR. The girl before her, I was legally separated from, but continued to see until a better opportunity came along. Before that I was just blown around like a leaf in the wind.

I've Monk Moded it the last year.....trying to not laugh at the pitiful bitches trying to land me. I have had women absolutely throw themselves at me. If I was emotionally capable of the pump & dump of women aged 30+, I might have done so, but I have standards these days.

I have cycled through some behaviors, trying to get my life set up properly. I'm pretty much there. I've been taking really good care of myself, working out, getting massages (which have greatly helped my posture), high & tight haircuts (and nose hair waxing), taking care of the face (mud masks & creams.....don't judge, bitches.....I don't look younger than my age, just great for my age). I made 2 solid male friends, one to rock climb outside with, the other the DJ for open mic comedy night, which I've committed to trying out.

Career wise life is great. I was in at the very beginning of a new department in an established company. We've grown tremendously and my efforts have been a big part of it. I can't recommend enough being there at the start at least once in one's career.

And I'm taking a class in the fall.....a math class (which my degree is in) plus some phys ed to get stronger and stop student loan interest....I can expense the math class....win/win/win, plus I get a light rail pass to go to a campus of 50,000+ (and I have an awesome bachelor pad).

The super duper ugly bad is this: I have never been any good at pick up.

I'm treating this semester as do or die. I have no excuse whatsoever. I had a pass until now, but the day I step foot on campus......I have no excuse whatsoever. I've been lifting. I noticed my small shirts were getting baggy. I bought an extra small, put it on in the bathroom, and walked out to IOI's everywhere. My last girlfriend was a smokeshow half my age, we ran 4.5 years....she always made me use a condom, which I needed to get used to....she also demanded to cum every time, so I got really good at it.

Plus, I'm an awesome cook. And gregarious.

And I don't give a shit about monogamy. Spinning plates is the natural response to hypergamy.

I am in a position of great advantage. Many men are envious. I'm certainly not asking for sympathy......most reading this are not nearly as well positioned as I am and would rightly think it pathetic that I don't just open my goddamned mouth and ask the young ladies if they'd like some cheese & wine at my place.

Good: Finally benched 300 lb. Squatted 420 lb. Ready to go back to school. I have some new friends in mind and have thought about some potential plates. Made a lot of money this summer. My oneitis is diminishing thank god. Got some new clothes to improve my looks a little bit more.

Bad: Still have some oneitis but shit takes time I guess. Continuing to struggle with sexual immersion and stressing about not performing well.

Nofap day #5. Been lifting since January and have recently started eating 160g of protein per day (I'm a vegetarian so previously I was getting barely 30 per day). Has improved body and confidence so much.

I've been improving social game but still have a hard time cold approaching people and holding a conversation. Don't get me wrong Ive had two bangs this past month (hb7s) and do speak with 30 + new people per day, but have yet to elevate that from making smalltalk to deep talk or sexual talk. I have a pretty hard time fighting my hamster and often miss approaches.

College starts up again in two weeks. I feel like I should take a tolerance break and get off the daily weed before school but that's the hardest thing to cut out.

This week (and last week) have been long but I've made some solid accomplishments.

Good

Lost more (good) weight and have to punch another hole in my belt before I find time to buy a new one

Been learning a whole shitload of stuff on social networking and applying it to my band. New education is cool.

Increased the amount of weight I can handle in the gym for a bunch of different things.

Managed to hit running 3k (7.5minutes/K) without stopping.

Bad

Slipped on diet control a little bit - Sugar is super addicting to me so I need to get back to being super, super strict on it as it just devalues the months at the gym and the 20+ pounds in fat that I worked my ass of to lose.

Everything I own fits into a small shelving unit. - dealt with upcoming college preparations - made huge progress on an educational project I'm working on (practicing web development with ReactJS and Django) - Updated & purged my computer (two partitions) - sold a several items that will depreciate quickly - broke up with a girlfriend who was getting in my way - got my permit finally and started practicing driving. - completed an long renovation project - smoking a ton less weed (no longer a pothead!) - stopped jacking off (been a few days now)

The Good

Moved to the city for like the third time in two years for work.

Started going to the gym again now that I'm in an area where there's actually a gym. Got a solid routine going.

Been thinking about joining the military.

The Bad

Being forced to live frugally SUUUUUCKS. At least the internet's a thing that exists.

Had it with working construction. Hate the money, hate the hours, hate the working conditions, hate the culture. Hate it all. Was hoping to make some decent cash driving machines before I'm smart enough to go to Uni, but I've had it with being a horny, undersexed computer nerd who's being shoved outdoors into a sausage factory. I'm missing two things I've always been craving since before I could remember - being indoors and company from females my age.

Roommate situation sucked so bad I had to break my lease as soon as I could. The flat smells like shit. One of my roommates reeked of BO and cigarettes and has an equally repulsive girlfriend who was living on the couch. Whole place was infested with mold including the fridge. Had to make do with McDonald's for dinner. Free WiFi's pretty sweet, though. Had to live in my car for a day before finding a short-term renter in the area.

No late teens to early twenties girls to even say hello to. Story of my life, ahaha.

Good: Approaching without a hint of fear several times in college. Really feeling outcome independent, or at least close to it while talking to some girls. Being capable of saying what you want without fear of rejection and building atrraction is a beautiful thing. Intense calisthenics and bodyweight training every day. Ran 3km at once. Eating mostly healthy food and not crap. Spend quality time with my family. Not spending time with some toxic people. Get a little better with the abilities that I need to fullfil my goals this year. I've noticed a great amount of girls mirin me or being attracted to me in a slight, but measurable way. My confidence is better than ever.

Bad: I smoke a cigarrette. Fapping a couple of times. Wasting time in stupid things. Not lucid dreams.... Not meditating enough. Break frame a couple of times (more than two). Living tooo much in my head. Waste several opportunities of approaching. Still living with my parents, broke and with an intense hate to the idea of working almost for free in a stupid business for the sake of finishing my career (my goals are related to a sort of 4 hour workweek business scenario, obviously with more than 4 hours a week of work, and freedom to travel, not working for someone else in a third world boring country).

Here's a thought I've had on my mind this past week and the resolution I came to on it: There was a girl I met freshman year of college. Totally innocent-seeming girl; we met through a church thing and we sort of hung out and went to parties together at the beginning of the year. I was very aggressive in chasing her, which meant that she was turned on by me sexually but I also was at her beck and call which would turn her off. So the "relationship" was pretty hot-and-cold. We ended up having sex eventually. My question was: how did my constant chasing end up working if what TRP preaches is true? The answer is that I basically just held out long enough for her to settle for me. And my aggressiveness was good. Overall, I think it is possible to whittle a girl down until she gives in and fucks you. It's up to you to decide whether that is the best strategy or not.

New job is easy compared to work I've done before, and I can easily say I'm the best employee. I expect a lot more hours and raises in the future.
Been going to the gym daily.
Been tracking finances.
Went to family court, didn't get entirely reamed. Talking to the CPS worker tomorrow to see if my daughter can live with my father until the case is closed, after which I will probably have custody.
Been getting a lot of small things that I needed done.
Have a date this Tuesday, it'll be good to get out of the house.

Bad Shit

Need to make time to work on my real estate license.
Been getting compliments from friends and looks from women, but not really seeing improvements from the gym.
Relapsed on nofap after two days. After a single day, I just have insane urges and it literally feels like I'm going crazy. Working out helps a bit, but after a few hours it comes back. Going to go back into nofap starting today and hold out until Tuesday. Hopefully f-close the date that night.
Need to make time to study my second language for my vacation.
Not sure if I said it before, but lost my plate. I think back a lot on things I could have done better or what I could have done differently which bums me out sometimes. I feel like if I had tighter game or more experience I could have kept her and worked everything out perfectly.

Promised to not give negative thoughts and associated thinking patterns any time of the day except for 30 minutes daily where I'd specifically write about the thoughts and possible reasons for them popping into my head. Those negative and existential thoughts had me ruining my life by engaging in self sabotage and as soon as I promised myself to stop entertaining those thoughts just for a month, I'm a week in and already feel like a new individual and don't feel like those thoughts are 'important' or a part of my identity anymore.

I was highly motivated in the beginning of the month but I 1. Broke my NoFap Streak 2. Smoked 2 cigarettes (I'm quitting) 3. Constantly thought of playing Dota although I did not 4. Didn't workout for 1 day (I promised to not take any rest day this month) 5. Didn't commit to IF+Keto. Instead chose to hamster and told myself to bulk up this month rather than cut fat first. So will be bulking this month now and fat loss can come later 6. Didn't stay as productive as I wanted to be. Looking for techniques to decrease procastination and increase focus by meditation and looking for why I delay things 7. Didn't meditate daily for 10 minutes.

The good: 1. Resumed talking to my dad and working on bettering my relationship with him. He is 65 years old, inherited a fuckton of money, didn't work his whole life, and now we're broke. Encouraged him to go out there and find a job and support my mother since thats the only way I can respect him (Mom can't work because she has no skills and we live in a third world country) 2. Went to a startup event and ambition for going down the entrepreneurial road is high.

Good: Finally started to sleep early, been 4 days only but sleeping before midnight is really a challenge for me. The "i close my laptop and turn off my phone at 11pm no matter what" strategy is working fine so far. My other challenge is to eat more fibers and more fruits. Now that i sleep earlier, i have less struggle getting up early to make a good and healthy breakfast. So things have been working well last 4 days.

Bad: no social activity.

**back story my girl ended our relationship consisting of the better half of 3.5 yrs cheated on me on July 4th, then broke it off with me asking to stay friends.. so for the past month I've been working on myself/trying to push on and go out with more women/fighting crippling oneitis. So here goes:

Good:

Got enrolled into college for this fall semester(only 21, so not too late to go be a student and meet tons of beautiful women.)
Already a lifelong gym rat so no new fitness resolutions here but I have broke all my previous strength pr's since becoming single again.
Started dressing better every day/whitening teeth/personal care in general.
Waking up at about 5:30 every morning and going into my backyard and mentally resolving to make the day mine, as well as my future.
Reaffirming to myself daily that the future is in my hands.
Been getting more compliments than ever on my physique/looks, from women of all ages everywhere I go. -NoFap day 4 and I feel improvements already but its still soon to tell. -Girls are starting to make themselves available to me for plans and hitting me up via social media, text before I do each day. -Been kickboxing again for the first time since before relationship and really enjoying that as well as the people met there. Class is surprisingly mostly girls.

Bad: - On an emotional roller coaster. -Confidence is shaky, one moment its on full force like I'm a bad motherfucker and the world knows it, then it gone and I'm about as confident as a shivering little wet chihuahua the next moment. - Slightly isolated in my hometown, being the kid who didn't go off to college when my peers did, so I need more friends, like yesterday.
-Oneitis is severe. My ex is still a huge part of my life, like we've broke up and maintained friendship before but this time I'm taking it differently. Must fight the beta within, if any of you can relate, plz advise me on what to do. - Characteristically, I would say I'm a clean eater but lately I have no motivation to cook my meals or stay the course on my diet. -Went home with a friend from the gym who I've messed around with before on Saturday night and didn't initiate anything, despite being horny as a mountain goat, in part due to NoFap streak/no pussy. wtf did I do that for??? not even hard mode just no nutting unless its with a girl.
