Modern Western society teaches that 'consent' is essential for every act of sex. In some cases, this is taken to ridiculous extents: California just passed a law requiring men on campuses to obtain verbal or written consent on record before having sex, see here.

The idea underlying all of this is that the ones who make the decision are women. Women have the power to decide when they will have sex and by proxy when their male partners will have sex; sex is something 'bestowed' upon men by women. We praise and worship them in return for the heavenly gifts they send down upon us. This is a patronizing and oppressive idea of sex pushed upon society by the Feminist/Cultural Marxist movement. But this is reflective of another equally oppressive idea - that men ALWAYS want to have sex. That men are creatures who just want to brainlessly fuck all the time.

I have an example outside of that rule. I'm in college at the moment. On one occasion, I brought my GF over to my parent's house, and she stayed the night. The next morning, at around 10, after we shared breakfast, she went to have a shower and do her makeup and shit so I decided to go play some videogames (dota). She gets back to me halfway through and is sitting on my bed teasing me, trying to initiate sex. The thing is, I say no, and she doesn't accept it. We get told that men don't take no for an answer; my girlfriend wasn't taking no for an answer. After about 5 whole minutes of pleading she got really annoyed at me, was in a bad mood for the whole day, and started a huge argument later.

If I had been a woman and the situation reversed, then the feminists and the SJWs would have been so sympathetic. 'Oh my god girl, you almost got raped. Your boyfriend is so entitled. This is truly the patriarchy in action'. What they don't understand is that it completely works both ways.
