You can't. The more you understand women and how their life works, the more you realize how bad you have it as a man:

Eastern spirituality offers completely different end goals and they can free you from the absurdity of existence in the west. It may offer some guidance but I can tell you that it's not easy to mix the eastern belief with life in the west. It's like trying to be wise in an ocean of stupid. The only thing it can do is allow you to detach yourself from your investment. You stop expecting so much and let go of the chase. It can be freeing. I can suggest some lecture if you want.

Two words. Mental preparation. My theory is that women are not playing any games. They live that way. When you are approaching ANY girl you have to be prepared that she will:

-lie (lying is simple, she is creating factitious world around her),

Your little rant reminds me of a piece from Rational Male. This is the game, you can't truly win, you can just try to minimise your losses. In a way, that's a little like life itself. You can't be immortal (win), you're going to die (lose), so it becomes a matter of what you do to maximise what you do have. So what does this mean? Have you lost self respect just because you're playing a game you can't walk away from? The logic is good quality and he discusses very interesting points across a plethora of issues. While it's not the way I've chosen to go, I like having options and being informed.

If, like me, you don't choose to buy into MGTOW, then we come back to the earlier question - Have you lost self respect just because you're playing a game you can't walk away from? No. The game will end one day along with your life, until then you either sit in a corner whining like a blue pill pussy or adapt to play in a way that satisfies you. Date more until you find a woman who you can actually stand talking to for more than 5 mins. They are out there.... but they are preposterously rare. What makes them rarer is that each man has different things they enjoy talking about. It's down to you to make a decision and act accordingly.

All that said, I'd focus on your job and mission in life first and foremost... the women can take a back seat for a little while. Though hopefully this provided some food for thought when you have the time and want to think things through.

Sadly, you've found that even the most alpha guy is going be unable to supply those tingles when they get sick, lose their job (although not having a job never stopped a real alpha, as any girl with a "musician" boyfriend can tell you).

I have (but not always - depends on the circumstance) even told such a plate to go think about her bad behavior, and that I'll contact her "in a few days". And I stick to that. If she falls by the wayside during that time, it's fine. Just means the disrespect (a type of shit testing, imho) will continue, and who needs that?
