Good I've worked overtime and bought myself new things to boost confidence like a watch.

Worked out whenever I could

Optimized my morning and night routines

Played less video games. More studying

My ex reached out. We've been talking again. I saw her the other day. I'm not stuck on her so no oneitus anymore. But, I do still care for her. Not looking to plate or anything.

Didn't work on enough art. Really due to time

Haven't meal prepped or went shopping yet.

All in all it's been a solid week. Making progress. I put more time in my looks. Skincare, haircare, and lifting is all better and more consistent. I'm a handsome guy so I want to max out my looks. Working on posture and remaining powerful in mindset as well as body language.

It wasn't too long ago when I was a kissless virgin. Like, a month. With health and financial problems abound, things weren't looking all that great. But late last month I snagged a pretty little arts student and had my first kiss and lost my virginity all within the same week. I've tried to get my end away in the past with no success, but hey, I found someone who actually liked the whole "alpha" shebang. I was surprised that a girl was actually calling me things like "handsome" and "hot" for once. Was a nice change from the usual "Ronald McDonald" or "Pumpkin Pubes". I won her over in no time. But I didn't win her friends over. They were concerned that I was a loner who had no social life (working on this one through the means of serial job hopping with a broken leg), which, yeah, I'll admit they were right to be concerned. My girlfriend was torn between me and her social life, and as much as we liked each other, I just said "fuck it" and let her go. So that's the story of my one and only relationship. It lasted two weeks. But hey, I'm glad that I had that I got to see what young love was like, however brief it was.

So let's jump forward to last weekend. I went to a country fair with my broken leg and ran into some chick I knew from one of the many different schools I went to as a kid. She couldn't believe it was me. Back when I knew her, I was the school's resident sperglord, complete with a red jewfro and shitty thin, metal glasses. Just to see how big of a leap I made in my physical appearance in ten short years, I went from looking like this to looking more like this I'm surprised she remembered me, though then again, it's hard not to forget the local weird kid, ahaha... So we chatted about life after school, university, same sex marriage (it's a hot-button issue in Australia at the moment) and yeah, I had the guts to bring past relationships and sex into the conversation. Went well until her friends found us, but she shooed them away. And then I went to check how many condoms I had in my pocket because I knew I was getting laid again. Go me. So after a short makeout sesh, we went back to her tiny little fuckin Mitsubishi and had awkward, passionate backseat adventures. Easily better than my ex. As feminine and submissive as she was, my ex was kinda a starfish. Keep in mind that I'm over six foot and have my right leg in a cast. You know how freakin' tiny Mitsubishi hatchbacks are, right? Tight fit, but I did it. So after a few hours, I got her number after we had sex (lol) and yeah, I think I got my first plate. I told her I don't want anything serious, and she agrees. Nice work on my part. Twenty-something years is too long to go without intimacy and sex. It's like I can think without headaches again and can feel my blood pressure dropping.

And that's not all I did at that measly rural fair. I got into a group convo about skinny jeans with a bunch of old guys, won a plush lion at a game of pick the thistle and failed to chat up the girl working at the donut stand and the girl whose llama won third place at the pet show.

So now that I really don't have to worry about sex anymore, I now have to worry about my health, career, future and medical costs to fix my broken leg. Fuck knows how many screws I have to get inserted into that thing.

Why do I get random "spurts" of energy to do certain activites EX: Cleaning room, running, or something productice. How can I maintain that "spurt" to continue doing something that is good and productive?

Good:

Hitting the books for school. Seems like I am just ahead of everyone else in my classes.
Getting back into cold showers.
Been keeping my weight down.
Progress made on a woman at the bar last weekend.

Bad:

Only got to the gym once so far this week. Will make it twice in a few hours but I need to get back going 4 times a week at least.
Completely fell off the NoFap train. I am at 1 day now.
Dieting has not been clean this week but have been able to keep soda away.
Went out twice last weekend and got too drunk both nights.
My ex reached out to me this week and I responded, but I kept it civil and followed 3 for 2 texting concept.

I defined all of my goals for the next 15 months and wrote out a detailed plan of action outlining all how I'm going achieve them, and further plans beyond the 15-month time frame.

I decided that I'm going to move on with my life and stop holding myself back. I'm going to tie up all loose ends and start putting myself first. I realized recently that I've been vastly undervaluing myself and my skill set, and that by the end of next year I could solve every single one of my personal and financial problems, be completely debt free, and set myself up really well financially for the future as long as I make the right decisions. This realization has awoken in me a much more focused and motivated mindset.

That being said, I'm going to stay the course, stop making bad decisions, and put myself and my defined goals first.

About a week ago I posted on learning to say "no". In that post I made mention of "trying" to quit smoking (in reality I should have said "in the process of quitting"). I'm pleased to say it's been seven days since my last cigarette. I'm not gonna lie and tell you I haven't thought about it every morning I wake up, after every meal that I've eaten, or even every night before I go to bed, but I control my thoughts and am telling myself "No".

I'm also in the process of learning not to care about what others think of me or my actions, which in turn seems to be boosting my confidence and allowing my true "flirtatious" self out more... although it still is a work in progress, but I can see improvements.

Squat PR also caused superficial blood vessel rupture in my face and upper neck/shoulders. today I've had insane red spots on my fucking eyeballs and red spotty skin on my face

Plan

I want to join that trampoline park thing once it opens. i think it may become a massive hobby if i get passionate about it. I'm really excited about that. still going to be awhile before it opens though.
I've realized I have a lot of free time after school and on weekend that i waste. I want to make weekend projects and do them. for example learn a skill or make something or take a course. a) Learn Handstand b) Learn Backflip c) Learn basketball finger spinning d) Create youtube video e) Create fruityloop song
next week social focus: calm, unreactive bodylanguage.

On Week 3 of my PPL program, planning on sticking to it for quite a while. I'm removing my rest day, replacing it with an extra leg day with some cardio / pull ups / core (misc stuff I don't get enough of during week). Definitely gaining weight, a considerable portion is fat though (to be expected).

Becoming more RP - or at least less BP - at school, not giving in to shit anymore. Practicing just talking to girls, not ready for pickup (also don't want to risk fucking myself up long term, so I'll set a solid foundation first).

Trying to convince myself to go more MGTOW, want to work on myself, but end up thinking too much about girls and centering my own progress around them. Need a way to do this completely for myself.

The lifting is paying off. At the bar on campus, I had a woman escalating kino on me. True, she's older than I prefer, but still 10 years younger than I am (putting her beyond the dreaded 30, still cute though)....if she was Provider Hunting she was very subtle about it, I didn't breathe a word about work, didn't offer to buy her a drink....in fact, the only thing I offered is a ride back to her house in the morning. She wanted to but had a big project she needed to finish.....pressed her email on me though, so we'll see what happens.

Asked a 6.5 for her number (got it), asked her to meet me downtown for a lunch and walk around seaport village [i live in San Diego]. She said she couldn't hang out cuz of school i said "you know that's not the point", she says what, i say you didn't answer the question being 'when are you free?' She then says she is kinda talking to someone, I don't reply to that but i do answer a different thing. She lets me know when she usually is free, i tell her I'll see what i can do, say goodnight at 8:54 p.m., she replies see you again and i don't read it until 11 am the next day. I did quit my job at the sushi bar but i was at the whims of the boss and the coworkers, which was something I don't tolerate anymore.

Bad - Kind of a slow week. Could have been more relentless on my 'to-do' list.

Good - Lifting/Eating. Gained a good 5lbs or so (scale says '+8' but weight seems to fluctuate a little throughout the day). Obviously, if I can have those kind of fast noob gains, I didn't start out jacked, and have a long way to go.

Got a lacrosse ball to do self-myofascial release.

Also some small resistance bands to fix a glute medius imbalance.

Looks awkward but this video goes into it pretty well for your upper back, where we get a lot of tension.

Also this one to relieve chest tightness.

Really helped with my rounded shoulders. All that benching and pressing or dips kind of tightens it up. Also the deadlifts and farmers carry make my upper back tight.

In combination with fixing my hips through strengthening the glute medius with small bands and loosening up tightness with the lacrosse ball, I notice my gait improved a lot.

I think you guys would benefit a lot from this, as I've noticed my posture is a lot better, and my gait is a lot smoother and confident looking. Gait and posture are really important when it comes to attraction, but it's also good to have good posture and feel great for your own sake and health. Give it a try!

(Maybe the best move of the week) - fought back at my boss. When she came to drop shit on me and push me to do more work than I already been (OT everyday), told her to calm down and if she wants me to deliver quality work she better give me more time and help me out instead of literally throwing paperwork at my desk;
Went to a nutritionist; got my diet game together and found out I got 11% body fat (getting closer to <10%)

Bad

Got too laid back with an intern; now she is confident enough to make jokes with me;

Bad:

Almost fucked a prostitute, but then realized last second that I can spend my money better elsewhere. Relapsed the next morning on masturbating.
Smoked weed when I wanted to stay away from it for a month. It was a puff, but the come down made me realize just how much it wears you down.
Still getting subconscious BP thoughts about ex-LTR, but I write it off as natural. More time will wear it down.

I'm getting back in shape. No one else can tell yet, since I'm still wearing loose clothes. But I'm coming back. Everything's getting big again, the vascularity is coming back. I can almost see my abs again. Should've never stopped working out, but at least I got back into it again. I'll be me again soon.

Have to start putting more work into finishing my Harvard application. I gotta get in. I know I can. Just gotta put in the work, and also focus on my SAT in October. God, I'm scared. I love it.

Doing much better with porn. As in for the first time in about 15 years I think I know what it feels like to not be a passive wanker. It's a tough feeling to describe. Going out I know feel "fuller".. and I don't just mean my balls. Confidence, presence, all of it.

Making solid gains in the gym. Tried out a new 1-day a week 24 hour fast that seems like it will be a good match for my lifestyle and goals.

Still struggling to establish myself socially and become a part of the "inner circles", but having said that I am making clear and evident progress. Even though I'm not hooked in the way I want to be I can see a tangible difference in the way people treat me. With more respect. I'm not yet an expert at providing value and reaping my rewards, but people seem to enjoy having me around, are attracted to my personality or body, and generally are less interested in trying to fuck with me.

Feels like the advice here is finally paying off. I moved to a different university so I have had plenty of opportunities to meet people and make a good impression.

Recently one of the societies I joined had an introduction night and a lot of us went to a pub after. At first I was a bit awkward talking too much to one girl who didn't say much back but I just started talking to other people and it went really well after that. I just switched from person to person and since I was sitting in the middle of the table I ended up being the centre of conversation.

My social proof went up a lot after I got a couple of people talking and two indicators of that were this Spanish girl asking me to come meet her friends in another club (which I shouldn't have gone too because they were all completely full and I ended up losing her) and a girl who I didn't even talk to sending me a text that she got my number off someone else and that it was nice to meet me.

My failures are that I have slept in this week and missed some important things and I have completely dropped the gym in the last month. To fix those I've bought a good alarm clock and joined a weightlifting club at university. In addition I'm going to have to really drill the fundamentals here because they do not come naturally to me under pressure.

This week, I set boundaries with my family who influenced a lot of my beta mind set. My male friends who are married, in LTR and blue pill now have very little power in their advice to me, as I can see their inconsistencies.

I'm spending more time reading books on men from the past, Marcus Aurelius's journals, Alexander The Great's accounts and also viewing nature documentaries to get a sense of how nature handles relationships

I still attend boxing every other day I train in the gym just before boxing I am continuing my own business practices I cook and make my own food and don't eat garbage I don't spend money on shit to impress people, only on self improvement. I accepted all my mistakes from the past and give them up to unawareness.

I went to nightclubs and tested a lot of RP theories I went out with old friends and covertly tested RP theories

I do not break frame around women or other men anymore, I just literally don't give a fuck what people think now, because it's all just a stupid game.

-Unfroze my gym membership -Hopped right back into my workout routine where I left off. Got that went-too-hard sickness by the end, but that's ok. Happy I didn't really lose any progress. -Got a higher paying job -Have the chance to start some monk mode again since I moved back into my parents house. Will never bring a girl to my parents house.

Bad -Moved back into parents house. (Am 24) after losing my previous job. I don't really view t as bad because at least now I can stock away money and then get out asap. -lost a friend due to my reckless behavior whilst drunk. Lesson learned.

Keep grinding guys. Put yourself first. Women wanna be the deserts to your life. Not the main course. So focus on yourself and create an awesome life and they will come.
