The best way to redpill parent is to just be an Alpha dad. They won’t need to read the rational male, they’ll naturally copy your behaviour as they grow up.

Also 20 is super early to learn the redpill. There’s guys who started post-divorce in their 40s and they still managed to crush it and even get plenty of young pussy. The thing with being young is that you’re too dumb to realise the value of what you stumbled upon. I started TRP at 18, took me until 25 to actually be able to fearlessly approach, get laid, spin plates and crush my goals.

When do you think it's the best time to be active or eat right?

Be a strong masculine figure for your child and he'll pick it up gradually.

You don't need to tell him how to Kino or have abundance when he's 7.

Enroll him in sports and teach him healthy competition. Challenge him. Take him on trips with other strong men.

But be a man he can look up to and come as needed.

Shit isn't really new or complicated.

I wouldn't advise you to introduce him to the red pill with books like the rational male or anything that you find on this sub at such a young age. I'm saying this as someone who took the red pill at 13 years old. I was in a very bad place mentally and was a social reject but although it has changed me for the better and I do not regret swallowing it, I regret the way I swallowed it. Reading and watching content from the manospher made me suffer, it actually made an actual misogynist. I was a stupid child and was unable properly implant the concepts in my life, I couldn't handle it. I suggest you introduce him gradually to the red pill maybe a few comments appropriate for his age about female nature or even better human nature, teach him how to lift and all the other important things I omitted but most importantly be a father that can lead by example. Your child will mimic you to a great extent if you are close to him, use this as your greatest teaching tool

Red pill always viewed it as a guide to be a better man. To be a man worthy of attracting girls and honestly just being a better version of yourself. Yes some of the contents here is very potentially damaging. As others said lead by example. Be the man your son wants to be. Sure there is going to be a time where you son will no longer take your advice and think maybe you're out of touch. But hopefully your lessons will sink in at that time. If there's an answer maybe sophomore in high school. I wish I had read that maybe my life would have been slightly different but good lessons this sub has but just going to sift through it.

Personally, I feel the redpill is best understood through the context of evopsych, so I would probably allocate a year just to studying evolution and evolutionary psychology by reading through The Selfish Gene (and other Dawkins), The Moral Animal, The Adapted Mind, and The Myth of Monogamy before starting the red pill proper with Rollo Tomassi's The Rational Male trilogy and The Red Pill Handbook + The Red Pill Sidebar.

Red pill has to be seared with pain. After his first break up is a good time. Start dropping jewels in his ear. The reading material.....maybe highschool.

But always remember...kids will follow what you do more than what you tell them. Be a strong example first.
