Any long time member of this board will know that the sexual marketplace is the game that "moves as you play," each year evolving into a slightly different beast than it had been the year before- and something entirely different than what it was a decade ago.

Enter the aging woman who's never forced to leave the candy store.

As much as we want to throw around accusations of future cat ownership and solitude misery, as long as a woman can provide for herself financially and isn't some kind of emotional train wreck, she can get along quite nicely with a rotating set of young men, eager to drop on by, pump and dump, and everyone moves on with their lives.

When I posted my piece on this, talking to women who were around forty-years-old over the summer, the feedback I got was mostly disbelief. From my blog:

They had all heard of Tinder and were “excited to try it,” with the initial burst of male interest serving as enthusiastic confirmation that they had made the right decision. You’ll know how long a woman has been on her own by the way she talks about meeting men.

A woman new on the scene will be enamored by the attention- so many options, often exceeding her wildest fantasies. A gym-rat in his early-thirties, looking to relieve a bit of stress after leaving the office; the twenty-four year old bartender; the frat guy cheating on his teenage girlfriend- all chasing a woman over forty. She always knew she could do better than her husband- and with the maturity of age, she’s now comfortable enough with her sexuality to indulge without regret.

[Excerpt from: ETERNAL SEPTEMBER]

The mistake I made was thinking that the party ends toward the end of a woman's late 40's, something that seemed to be intrinsically understood by them as they try to stuff in as much excitement as they can get their hands on for the initial part of their final decade.

AND THEN Roosh posted an article titled "How Tinder Killed My Marriage," and holy shit, the woman in it is 51 and this is what she reports:

"What [name redacted] found 'on offer' was the sort of sex anyone in a stale marriage can only dream about. 'First I had sex with an actor, 35; then a fling with a record producer, 28. 45 has been the top limit, most have been in their late twenties or early thirties."

Having spoken to, hooked up with, and remained friends with these women, I can tell you that this is 100% true. There is no shortage of men, ages 18-on, who are happy to stick it in a woman over 40.

Lesson: If you think that this doesn't affect you personally, that you'd never want sex with a post-wall woman, even for a few minutes of your time; even for a pump-and-dump; maybe think about the trickle down effect this will have on the entire market. If a post-wall, over 40, woman has so much sexual choice, what do you think a woman under 35's dating apps look like? She's going to think she's a Disney princess. A woman under 30 will think she's a model. A woman under 25, God made flesh on Earth.
