I'm curious to hear if anyone has come out worse after taking the red pill.

For me it's improved my life in a number of ways. I've lost weight and hit the weights, have been getting tons of compliments and have attractive women approaching me and asking for my number. This has literally never happened before. And i'm not even this shredded 225 lb monster. Im just a fit guy with low body fat.

It's made me respect myself more. Before I use to defer to people around me. But I'm a fairly smart and thoughtful person so from now on I'll always be using my judgement over someone else's unless there's a good reason.

I understand women better and can relate to them better. I'm not socially awkward, I've always had plenty of friends but I always interacted with women the same way I would with my male friends. Talking about politics or some fairly deep conversations just doesn't work. Now I keep it fun at all times, BORING is the enemy.

Kino, was also a big hangup for me. Back in beta days when I heard of kino i thought "wait i'm just suppose to grab them chicks ass and touch her inappropriately?!!" Kino isn't like that, its about building report. When you're talking to a girl in a loud bar or club lean in, arm on waste and talk to her like that instead of yelling 5 feet away.

For me, the red pill is about value giving. To work on yourself and to improve in every facet of life while raising those around me as well. Some parts of seduction go with the "negging" aspect where they can only feel tall by making others feel small. The topic of the majority of posts here come down to self respect, are you a man or a doormat.

Any dominant group will use any tactics they can to belittle anyone trying to gain rights for themselves. Look at the way historically white people derided the civil rights movement and condemned any black leader who tried to achieve equal racial rights. But flash forward to now where any white person who says "I shouldn't have to pay for the crimes of people who are long dead" is attacked as a racist. The power tables were turned and now those on top in many ways, use the same tactics against whites now that the long dead white people used against long dead minorities.

The same goes for women. Women now have the upper hand in a VAST amount of areas of life. They control relationships, sexuality, divorce and custody court, public discourse on gender, etc. They are right now having their cake and eating it to. They are in control and yet always still the "victim". They clamored for decades for "equality" when what they really wanted was sweet sweet revenge. Now they have it and you can be damn sure they're not going to give it up. The group on top will fight to stay on top. Now that women are the controlling group in so many areas, they will never willingly give that up. If lies and misrepresentation of men and our desires and thoughts is what it takes to keep us in the legal and social cage, they will do it and not blink an eyes.

The article and discussion also fail to account for the guys who were already fit and successful but had abysmal success with women until taking the red pill.

TwoX disappointed me. I tried to engage them in several posts, giving advice or whatnot. Eventually, all of my posts were deleted, and I was shadow banned - my posts weren't showing up when I'd view them while logged out - probably because they went through my post history (yet women always complain that they shouldn't be judged on their pasts haha) but IDGAF.

The amount of censorship, intolerance and bitterness I encountered for offering reelz over feelz was staggering. I wasn't disrespectful, condescending or rude, and I was treated like a pariah. Those women shun constructive criticism or logical advice and instead prefer an echo chamber of warm affirmation. It was a real eye-opening experience - this truly is one of the last true safe places for men to congregate and speak freely.
