It's more likely that she was hoping to meet her Prince Charming who would sweep her off her feet and make her feel the tingles that she hadn't felt since the start of their relationship. But all she found is hot guys fucking girls 10 years younger and nobody wanting to fuck her. It's likely she did sleep with at least one other guy, but he either wasn't interested in a long term relationship or he was a lousy lay and she didn't want to lose face by admitting to this - it's far easier to play the victim when you've "done nothing wrong".

All in all, if that was me, just the fact that she suggested this in the first place is a huge red flag and I would've fucked my fair share like he did and then told her that any desire to see other guys is a deal breaker for me. Then leave her for one of my side-hoes, once I figured out which plate deserved promotion or not.

Lesson learned: Women are always on the lookout for the better option, which is why you have to be the best option continuously. Drop your game, and she drops her panties for someone else. In tribal terms, being the best hunter today doesn't mean a thing when your family is hungry tomorrow. Before you know it, someone else will be stuffing her mouth with his pork sausage.

The usual pseudo-"open-relationship" / actual cucking scenario is the one we all know here:

Guy is getting increasingly unattractive, needy, doormat. Girl loses sexual interest. Girl suggests open relationship in order to get some alpha dick & potentially branch swing. Girl finds lots of guys more attractive than hubby so proceeds to have lots of sex. Unattractive husband doesn't get any. Relationship never recovers. Girl leaves.

In this case, OP doesn't mention the girl lost sexual interest. On the contrary, they're sexually very active ("dabble in a few different sexual scenes"). No mention of the relationship being strained in any way. I think the opening of the relationship was just another kink, not due to a woman's thirst for alpha dicks.

On top of that, the guy managed to fuck 5 different girls in 3 months! Despite being off the dating market experience for 8 years! Very obviously, the guy is very attractive and/or has awesome natural Game. This guy has massive SMV!

Hypergamy dictates that women only gets the tingles from the highest SMV man that her own SMV can attract. And sure enough, if the story is true, in 3 months of open relationship, she couldn't find one guy she wanted to sleep with. Why would she? The highest SMV man was already in her home, in her bed, every night.

The lesson in this case is not that post-wall girls can't get sex. Seriously, if OP is as successful as he pretends, I doubt he got in a relationship and stayed with an ugly girl. And I seriously doubt that a 31 years old non-ugly girl cannot get a dick within a day of being available, if she wants to.

The lesson is that if your SMV is so high that ~~you can successfully bang plenty of girls~~ you are the best that your partner can get, then she won't want to have sex with other guys, even if given the authorization, even if it was her idea in the first place.

EDIT: edited lesson. You can be able to bang plenty of girls and still have your partner cheat on you / leave you if she can get better than you.

She was trying to branch swing and she fell from the trees. Certainly she could have found someone to fuck her but she was looking for the same but different, but probably better than the existing BF.

Meanwhile, buddy is having a field day. Not to say that he went on a buffalo hunt but maybe he loosened up his standards to try something different. Perhaps one or more of the 5 were hotter than the GF but lacking in other areas (other than insecurity, apparently).

She was deliberately trying to find a new branch, not just score a dick. His SMV surged when he managed to nail five and now she is in a bad place. Personally, she got what she deserves, she wanted to try and be picky and find new options that were better than the bf however she defines that, it backfired and boyfriend hit gold.
