I'm not that worried about it to be honest, I think that people here overestimate how much attention is paid to TRP on Reddit in general. I personally don't think that a TRP shutdown is coming any time soon.
If we do get shut down here we move to Puerarchy and continue on. We not only have the TRP "best of" PDF but we also have The Rational Male volumes 1 and 2, Manson's Models, No more Mr. Nice guy and all the hundreds of other tomes of knowledge which are and always will be freely available. In addition, it just isn't possible to shut down the manosphere, Roosh, Return of Kings, Dalrock etc etc.
There's no one critical part of the manosphere/TRP movement that you can destroy which will bring the whole thing down. TRP can't get shut down, if they close this forum it will just take the next evolutionary step, whatever that may be.

I was born and bred 'Red Pill,' but I'm not raising my son like my father raised me and he's facing a much different world than I did. You hear about the sky falling all the time on this sub. Sometimes there's an element of truth to it, but in this case I don't think so.
And even if it did, so what? There are a lot of backup plans in place, and even if they were to all fall through it would all come together organically again, same as how it happened initially.
I have a lot of respect for this sub, but viewing it as the only source of Holy Truth is doing yourself a disservice.

I make websites and apps. I am willing to port this sub and all the quality posts to a new home where we can continue this. Idk If there are already people on this task but we should consolidate our efforts if possible so we avoid creating multiple clones that splinter the user base. Can I make a suggestion?
Write a script that downloads the top 10-20 posts daily and keeps an archive of them (overwriting dupes if there's the same in the top x posts over two consecutive days.)
I'd "collab" with you, but honestly web stuff isn't my strong suit and I otherwise want to remain anonymous.
But, say the subreddit gets shut down? Boom. Archive up until the day of closure ready to peruse, no content lost.

I am not a web/software developer but the reddit engine (or an older version of it) is AFAIK open source. I think it would be possible to rehost the data in a similar format and have the ability to continue with new posts.

This subreddit will not be shut down, guaranteed. Not any time soon.
That's why we prepare ahead of time.
Even IF this sub was shut down, it's not a big deal.
It could set a precedent for other organizations to do the same.

When California became the first place to adopt Affirmative Consent, 4 other places soon followed (Hawaii, UK, Canada, and New York) within just one year. I'm sure there will be more to come.
Violence Against Women Act, where men are to be arrested automatically just because the woman claimed to be abused, that spread.

All that is true, but that's why this subreddit and this 'movement' exists. It has nothing to do with whether TRP exists on reddit or not.
We've been prepared for the possibility of the subreddit shutting down for a long time. Until someone literally decides to censor the entire internet (won't happen) it doesn't matter. It'll be an inconvenience. But I'm still not convinced it would happen unless our mods REALLY fucked up.
They could ensure our posts never reach /r/all
They can delete any links to the sub from other subs
That's about it.
Of course they won't, they need a visible enemy to push their agenda.

Lets face the truth, it is because we don't bendover backwards for women like a lot of self-proclaimed "masculine" subs coughs /r/Askmen coughs do. We have a community where men can share their views and get honest advice without having to worry about a woman coming in and spreading misinformation. Women want to desperately be a part of anything man invent and take part in, when that doesn't work out, they cry.
What sucks is that there are far more corrupt, bigoted, and awful subs throughout reddit but this is the one that gets targeted. I have seen this sub getting bashed so much throughout reddit because it speaks the truth which people cannot handle. Women want to come in and spread their lies on here, we don't allow it, and they go cry to the admins. I would rather have this sub shut down than end up like /r/Askmen where they have female mods that are so corrupt they won't let truthful discussion take place.

We can't help everyone, but our numbers are swelling. In just the past three hours, we've had 37 new subscribers. I predict we will outnumber Ask"Men" ' s 189k soon.
Hopefully so, we're going uphill while that sub is going down the sewer. A lot of it is due to the fact that mods delete every thread in sight that they disagree with.

Could you send a a good how-to source for cloning? And can you clone only one aspect of a website such as the comment handling system? I searched in the source code of Reddit, but it's ugly and hard to read.
Right now I can mimic the Disqus style for comments such as the one on ReturnofKings.com, but the Reddit style: layering of children under parents has me baffled so far.

I hate the fact that this is an entirely reasonable post - that censorship of "forbidden" opinions has become so commonplace that we have to be ready at all times to get owned by the powers that be.

Tangentially, I think alpha males also need to be prepared for a society shutdown.
Even if the odds of a societal collapse are only 5%, its better to be overprepared and not need it than be underprepared and end up as someones lunch.
Drop 500$ to 1000$ on a bugout bag containing, a leatherman, a handgun w/ holster, a rifle, ammo, a bowie knife, ductape, rope, lighters, first-aid kit, flashlight, and some MREs.
Just like working out, its the confidence of knowing you will be okay under any circumstance that you are paying/working for, not the gear itself. And that confidence pays off in spades.
Again, its unlikely but we do live in a transitionary phase of civilization, and there could be turbulants. Also, bugout-bags dont depreciate in value and you have it for life.
