Same reason why a lot of unattractive dudes are obsessed with the theory of sex, gender, and dating: they get rejected, become angry, and obsess over figuring out why people don't like them. They constantly struggle with feelings of inadequacy and spend hours per day ruminating. If you're a girl, this might make you a militant feminist. If you're a guy, you either end up a white knight beta faggot or find TRP and start improving yourself.

Fat unattractive women miss out on the perq's of being attractive.

Some of these women decide to change themselves in order to enjoy the perq's of being attractive.

A lot of them decide that other people and society should change so that they can enjoy the perq's of being attractive.

That and the 'damaged' factor.

Loads of the women involved in troll-feminism are in some way 'damaged' - bullying, abuse, terrible parental role models; some of it is big stuff and some of it is stuff that just happens to be big in the context of their own narrative... Either way, they have a life that has made them angry, and again instead of addressing that from within they want the world to change, and keep on changing till they are no longer angry.

Our current society benefits dominant, masculine men and attractive, feminine women. Ugly, fat women don't get all the benefits the attractive ones do and beta, feminine men don't get all the benefits the masculine men do.

The main difference here, as seen with most women-related issues, is that instead of self improvement, they try to bend the society's will to their lifestyle. A man sees an attractive man on TV and works out, a woman sees an attractive woman on TV and cries sexual objectification. A man sees a rich person and tries to move forward in his career, a woman sees a rich person and claims a glass ceiling. A man sees another student getting better grades on a test and studies harder, a woman sees another student doing well on tests and complains that the teacher is only motivating male students. A man gets denied and strives to become more attractive, a woman gets denied and claims unrealistic standards for women. In short, men see challenges where feminists see oppression.

I'm not sure I'm buying this. I've dealt with self-identified feminists, and they run the gamut of what you see in society in terms of looks, for good or ill. I think it's more of an approach to life than because of looks. Then again, I've run into more feminists who seem to have gripes with particular men in their past as opposed to men in general. YMMV.

I think you have the causality backwards. They are feminists BECAUSE they are overweight and less attractive. They recognize that they are losing the competition for jobs, opportunities, and mates. The rule I tell my kids is "If you find yourself losing you can either get better or change the game to one you can win."

Having known and orbited many feminists, I think I can weigh in on this with a little bit of authority.

The common perception in TRP community is feminism is a refuge for less desirable women. The idea being that a woman who is an 8, 9, or 10 doesn't have to work too hard for male attention. Getting all their attention needs met, they have no desire to embrace feminism. Whereas a woman who is a 7 or lower doesn't naturally get that attention and thus would seek out a movement that shames society into giving them that attention. Seems reasonable and is probably partially true.

However, my experience with feminists doesn't quite match up. As a frequent beta orbiter, I've seen firsthand the way feminism brainwashes well-meaning women. I've never been divorce raped or any of the usual nonsense that drove most of us to swallow the pill. It was being an AFC and an orbiter, yet retaining an inner core of awareness, that allowed me to understand the decline of several women who I thought were friends. Maybe they really were.

Watching these women decline was the "traumatic event" that began to open my eyes to TRP. I believe that as an orbiter I was in a position to see this firsthand in a way that a natural alpha, or "already red" man would not.

Every single feminist I've know has a few things in common.

First she is usually a 9 or 10....to begin with. I've never known a feminist who wasn't gorgeous when I first met her. Why else would my beta ass orbit her for so long?

Second, there is always some sort of abuse. Usually it's sexual. Usually it's from a father, uncle, or some other prominent male figure.

Third, there is always a drastic decline in looks over a relatively short period once she has fully been brainwashed. This is not the wall. It can start much younger. It starts in her face...her eyes get dark and droopy. Her jowls start to sag, then her breasts, then her tummy...she's not really fat at this point, just dumpy. Then she starts to put on the weight for real. After just a couple of years what was once a 9/10 is now a 5/6.

In addition, she loses the ability to control her tongue. Over time every one of these women lost the ability to hold an intelligent conversation. She begins to care less about what you're saying and dominate the conversation more and more. And more and more it's all about her...this is where you as the orbiter become the emotional tampon. After a while the conversational dominance becomes yelling. (How can you disagree with me BECAUSE I'M LOUDER THAN YOU!) Then it becomes full on rants that once started simply do not stop. Then it becomes me kicking that ranting bitch that I used to want to fuck out of my house so I can think.

Feminism works like any con game. You tell someone something they identify with so they think you are on their side, then once you've got them on your side you can feed them any tripe you want and they will buy into it, no matter how much it damages them.

These women who are abused find refuge in a collective voice that says, "I understand your experience....." These women naturally respond enthusiastically and want to hear more. It feels good to be validated by this collective feminist voice. These women say to themselves subconsciously, "this voice understands me the way no one else does, therefore anything it says must be correct."

This collective voice then gives them a straw man to blame (patriarchy), then teaches these women to focus and amplify their anger. It teaches them to transfer their anger from a single, genuinely abusive male, to all men. It then teaches them to focus their anger into rage, then focus their rage into hysterical madness. It teaches them to cultivate their anger in a way that's so unhealthy that it affects them directly on a physical basis.

Sleeplessness, chain smoking, unhealthy diet, drug use, rampant sluttiness and the constant, deliberate focusing of internal rage all contribute to the feminist's decline.

These feminists are then validated by the same voices that corrupted them to begin with. It's like a huge, shit test for women. Just like when a woman says to her man, "I like that you're fat and dumpy, don't go to the gym," feminist leadership validates these women in the form of "fat acceptance."

If you want to find the female equivalent of the beta male, look no further than the modern feminist. Shit tested constantly by their own movement, feminists represent the angry, weak-willed women who constantly fail these shit tests. They become female white knights. Except the male white knights do so because they think they will get sex and approval from women. The feminist white knights because she thinks she will get approval from that faceless, collective Wormtongue that is feminist discourse.

As a result, the modern feminist is both a victim herself and a perpetrator of her own victimhood. She is the worst sort of Brownshirt to both her own gender as well as her "enemy." Damn right I'm blaming this victim!

TL;DR ... Feminists are not drawn to feminism because they are less attractive and overweight. They become less attractive and overweight because feminism exploits them and teaches them to feed their own rage. Feminism made them that way!

It's a question of need. When a girl is ugly, her options are to 1. Attempt to change her attractiveness or 2. Deal with the emotional fallout of no masculine attention or 3. Attempt to change the definition of what is attractive to increase her SMV.

Additionally, it offers people the chance to play the victim card without having to actually suffer victimization (i.e. loss of health, money, or status), potentially increasing their influence. This is a classic move if you have read the 48 laws of power.

As sad as it is: the success in life a woman has and the value others see in her is directly tied to her looks. She may compensate with personality, but this only carries her so far and not everyone is a genuinely nice and caring person.

And if she has neither looks nor personality, feminism is a somewhat attractive alternative that offers an explanation why you are still an awesome and valuable human being.
