Before I cite the millions of dollars spent on science papers and the studies of the studies, and the countless re-studies of this odd fact, I'll summarize the method:

Most people who die have death certificates made in all countries for over 100 years, and coroner/ME reports that coincide with the death certificates on file have :

1> Birth date and death date (age of death)

2> Gender

3> Weight of corpse

4> Height of corpse

Using millions and millions of randomly selected coroner reports and typed into computer it is shown scientifically as a FACT : Very fat people die the least of any human, and die the least from heart attack too, if BMI 35

BMI 35 is 60 pounds overweight on normal body frames.

There is nothing to debate they do try to put the 35 in a "range band" in some papers to hide this fact and say "BMI 27 to 35 dies the least overall"

The science papers you want are "All Cause Mortality" and "Weight"

There are now over 20 interesting theories why fat people die the least and are the healthiest by definition. Many not provable. Some seem semi-plausible.

But its propaganda that the extremely fat die earlier than any other group at all. Science though has known this interesting FACT for decades.

Get fat if you want to add years to your life.
