Its pretty obvious from your replies to everyone's comments here that they are going over your head. That's ok, we all started somewhere, and most of us are still faggots just like you... just less of a faggot on most days.

Here's my advice:

Go to the sidebar ---> (if you're on mobile its the 3 dots on the upper right/the about section)

Start with Steel's Guide. Then read the whole sidebar over the next few months.

Read the beginner books like MMSLP, NMMNG, & WISNIFG, then read The Rational Male, then work into the intermediate books. Don't jump into the advanced sections before you've read and internalized the beginner books. Those intermediate and advanced books won't help you right now because you won't have the ability to apply them properly yet, and they will just confuse you because you haven't built your foundation of knowledge of basic concepts yet.

Start Lifting Heavy Weights at least 3 times a week. This is non-negotiable. LIFT or GTFO and go back to your miserable existence. I recommend 5×5 StrongLifts as a starting program. Its easy and quick, and if you practice your form as your weights go up, you'll make nice noob strength gains for at least the first 4 months before needing to change up your program.

Learn to STFU and especially Do Not Ever Tell Your Wife or Anyone about MRP or what you hope to accomplish here

Lift. Read. STFU.

And Post in the Own Your Shit thread every week for the next year. Take your licks in there and learn to be a real man by doing the hard work, and losing your ego. Take your balls back without saying a fucken word to your wife about it and maybe 6 months from now she will be licking yours again. More like at least a year for your sorry ass, but anything is possible, right princess?
