Of course it will work. It's like asking "can I get fit if I've never been fit?" Of course you can. The only thing holding you back is the lack of balls and self discipline.

If you can't stick to lifting and dieting, if you don't have the courage to initiate, if you don't have the cool to endure her anger, then MRP is not for you. All it takes is that you do the work.

My personal experience: Sex was frequent in the beginning but never mind-blowingly awesome (pretty vanilla, little willingness to explore, etc) Had a baby, frequency dropped. Found MRP. Learned to lead in and out of the bedroom. Now having frequent enthusiastic sex, where she is not only willing to explore but has become extremely THANKFUL for me turning our sex life into one that is really fun and exciting for us both. All couples are different of course and your mileage may vary. But I definitely did not just return to a previously enjoyed sex life, I’ve surpassed it by a country mile.

MRP fixes the man, not the relationship. Most of the times the relationship and sex improves as a side effect of increasing your value.

If you were her beta bucks from the start then most likely she never had any attraction and respect for you, and you are most likely better off finding new woman(en). You and your wife come from religious background so in my opinion is that this is fucked up from the beggining, since you both got married because its what "the others" expected you to do and it was the "right thing". Then start gaming women, spinning some plates before ever considering a commited relationship again. Kids? Set a timeline for things to turn around (provided you are putting int the work). "If in x months my wife isnt doing xxxxx, im out".

In short No!

When you start the relationship where she settled for you, your version of what your relationship could be will never become a reality. It cannot, simply due to the fact that as you grow and become the better version of yourself while she may improve a bit, she won't measure up to your new standard.

You're looking for an answer that can only be obtained after you've gotten there, but you're searching for it without even making the trip. Once you get there the dynamic changes and your wants, needs and goals change with it.

It isn't necessarily a covert contract you've made with yourself that you'll get X if you put in the work. You should view it as a standard that she must meet to keep you around.

Also you have to take into account that if she wanted the better version of you you're in the first place don't you think she would of found him. If you weren't that special to begin with and she settled with you anyway what does that say about her standards? She may even resent the fact that she now has to bust her ass to keep something she didnt view as something worth fighting for. You're essentially changing the contract you guys agreed upon.

This question pops back up every so often here and the same replies are always given, it's about fixing the man not the relationship. While this is true so is the saying that Hamburger will never be Filet Mignon! While you may be useful as hamburger, filling alot if various roles you'll never be the filet! You're almost always better off starting a new relationship where she only knows the new you and not the pathetic shitbag you were.

So while MRP works to build a better man, relationships will always have their limitations, both old and new. Once you grasp this concept, only then will you be able to decide if her effort and value is enough to keep you in the relationship.

So I assume you are married? Tried MRP half assed (fuckingaround) for a year and wife is not fucking you raw? Is that about right?

Lifts are OK but you are by no means 'there' 155lbs with those lifts I assume you are short or else you are really skinny. What about the other areas? Hygiene, Style, Game, Career, Finances, Social, Frame and generally taking care of shit? Half assed on those? Did you get a half a result from the wife? Remember the 1000ft rope if you never had it(frequent hot sex) you don't know how long the rope is..... so I can't tell you when it is fixed.

Is this a women you want to lead into a MRP relationship? Even if she is not the one do you want to be better so you can have a great relationship with someone else?
