Look realistically here is what needs to happen right now. You need to just let her go.

She has been waiting for the relationship to end. She has been stopping the sex in order to get your to react and you reacted the WRONG way in a situation like this. You were supposed to apply dread - see other girls, come home late, guys nights on the weekends and solo travel or guy trips. These things keep her on her toes wondering about you and what you may be doing. If she has access to you at all times, where is the mystery, where is the fun chase, where are the thoughts of you doing cool shit she can’t do.

It’s a little too late to repair this relationship. Let her go lightly, just stop responding, don’t even verbalize the end.

Just start doing your own thing. Honestly, if you can take a week trip with a friend somewhere that would be elite. Start going to the gym, making protein shakes and dinner at the crib and then go back out or go to sleep and close the door.

Cold shoulder shit or she doesn’t matter.

Even though inside she may matter to you, a lot. This is what has to be done for you to get better options and to also change her mind about you. She’ll think maybe I fucked up letting him go, between you and me bro I think she did. Now go and prove me right. Expecting an update in 3 months time.

Your best and only option is to scrap the whole thing as soon as you can.

Make a list of what needs to be done to 100% remove her from your life. Transfer your part of the lease to someone. Some people will continue paying their half of the rent but still move out.
