A lot of people conflate alpha with red pill. They are really different in my mind. It is completely possible to be a natural alpha and have all of that bled off by being raised blue pill. Think of this as a recovery process. How ever much natural alpha you were has been corrupted. You get it back my following the advice you get here. I've read your story over at the MRP. It was pretty vicious. This really is a better place to start.

The piece of advice that seems to be missing is asking the question, "Is the juice worth the squeeze?" One thing you have to realize, in your blue pill coma, you never analyzed that correctly before getting married. The red pill world is full of advice regarding when to next a plate. Somehow though when we get to MRP we focus on the wife being a reflection of ourselves. Mind you this is absolutely true in a lot of respects. That doesn't preclude the possibility that your wife has some deep character flaws that should have justifiably gotten her nexted.

One guy somewhere did advise you to leave the marriage. I'd put a twist on that. Stay in it and practice red pill techniques with her until you have them mastered. Then you will know if her flaws are really reflections of your own flaws or are in fact her own intrinsic character traits. It sounds like you have a few years before the kids are gone anyway. Put them to good use.
