I've been crushing shit tests lately, but this one got me. We were at a restaurant and the waiter guy was continually calling me "boss" and "chief." He was saying it in a dickish way. So, when we were almost done, he calls me chief yet again, and I respond with " thanks boss." He gets so butthurt that he never comes around for final refills/bill. Luckily, it had a machine to pay at the table.

So, on the ride home I could see wife was visibly upset and I ask her if she's ok. She says "why did you call the waiter boss with that tone." I laughed and just said "because I felt like it." Then, a few Minutes later I screwed up and deered a little about him learning a lesson was a worst case scenario. She says "well we're not like that. We rise above that kind of stuff." She said I said it like I was saying "my cock is bigger than yours." I just laughed and said " well it is."

I mostly just STFU after that- not sure why this particular one made me deer. Long story short, we got in a big fight for an hour and then immediately had make-up sex.

Was I being a pussy reacting to the waiter? Did it secretly get her pussy wet, thus the hot make up sex (she's normally not that into make up sex)? Any way I could have handled the waiter better? Any insight - feedback appreciated.
