The standard response here besides "read the sidebar ---->" is to tell people to go lift. I get it, you can't look like a skinny fag with forward neck and rounded shoulders and toothpick arms and expect pussy to fall for you.

But how far can one go in terms of looking big without steroids? If I keep my diet perfect and follow mass building compound moments and all, how long would it take for me to look more muscular? I'm 6'1 and I think that already makes me look like a noodle, with longer bones, I'd look much skinnier than someone who is shorter with the same amount of muscle.

I also am lifting since ~6 months now, have got somewhat bigger chest and back, but my gains are no where near as I expected them to be and feel extremely unsatisfactory to me.

I won't quit the gym because of the other benefits it has, but I want to look good and big and muscular; would it be possible without steroids?
