If you can’t handle your self in a violent situation. That’s good information to have. Now you need to know what you need to work on. I don’t care what anybody says... these thoughts about avoiding violence being smart...fuck that. I’ve never started a fight and I always do my best to avoid it. But I will die before I let somebody punk me... I don’t care if it’s fucking Brock lesnar. Of course you have to watch your back and be ready to defend yourself if totally necessary.

Only young guys (stupid) and low status men fight.

High status guys laugh, walk away, put the girl in their expensive car, and take her home to fuck.

Always be prepared to defend yourself but it's just not worth it unless you fear for your safety.

I've been in a few fights and a decent amount of shoving bullshit and it's just not worth it. Is getting stomped out really worth it to save your ego?

I've been training karate since I was 7 years old to 12 years old, then BJJ, wrestling, and Taiboxing from when I was 12 years old until now. Outside of sparring I have never been in a fight, because guys know not to pick fights with me. This is how I have dealt with it

TLDR Lift and get huge, it's an automatic deterrent. Train martial arts and carry a gun. Always hold frame and walk away whenever possible.

I wouldn’t say I’m alpha, but my protocol is just to keep my back straight, look them in the eye, speak calm in an way that questions their actions: “What are you doing? What are you trying to prove?”

If they try to shove me, I stand my ground, nothing more. If they’re about to punch me... I never had that happen yet.

If it's personal, I'd probably fight. If it's some random dude, I'd probably just laugh and ignore it. I think about it like Brock Lesnar in WWE when someone like the Undertaker tries to intimidate him and he just laughs at them

If they’re talking shit get funny banter and serve it back up to them. Never lose your cool but show the aggressor you’re willing to fight if he gets in your personal space. Never fight off words. If he’s got a problem, tell him to come solve it.

Weigh each situation up. If you can avoid a fight without losing respect for yourself do that. If not then you better fight.

Put it this way: you will feel each situations appropriate response. Who you are will greatly determine how you feel in each situation. If you have already accepted yourself you probably won’t feel the need to battle anyone that takes a jab. Amused mastery.

But if you are insecure and someone takes a jab you will feel like you need to defend your ego. Some men are threatened by everyone - that is not alpha.

Depends on the aggression. Generally I try to defuse the situation first, if I can’t then I leave, if I can’t do that and a fight is going to happen hit first, hard and kick their ass.

I don't know where redpill got this idea the fighting somehow makes you a beta.

It's not breaking frame if you match the person's aggressive level no matter the situation. What is breaking frame is if someone is being calm but they are making you mad.

Now if someone else is mad and being aggressive and you're just sitting there like a nerd at school getting bullied then everyone is gonna see you for the coward you are.

Don't start shit but if the dude is literally asking to fight then handle your business and you'll come out better for it.

Well, I am not the best source - I've never been in a real fight. Every time I managed to destroy opponent confidence by using my own + being quite big really helps. Currently I am something like 220 lbs / 100 kg with a belly - 18 %bf according to navy test. I am 20 years old with full beard and my friends (both sexes) say that I look intimidating. Nevertheless, avoid unnecessary fights if you can.

It's whatever happens in the moment. I've decked guys, I've walked from fights, I've bought beers instead of paying hospital bill and going to court. At a certain point you have to see what it's worth and most of the time it isn't worth shit.
