I’ve had this issue over the past few years, I think the main factors were anxiety/nerves, deathgrip and porn use. Now I can’t say I’m 100% over it yet, but I was drunk as fuck the other night and managed to get hard with a new girl and came from it as well which hasn’t happened before, never came with a girl immediately, the quickest would have been from sleeping with a girl for like a month and then finally cumming so obviosuly it’s a big improvement.

Now the anxiety and nerves was down to me putting so much pressure on sex and building this idea in my head of what it was, I thought I’d magically change once I lost my virginity and instead I went from being an insecure virgin to an insecure non-virgin. Sex is just two people (unless you’re a lucky bastard) pleasuring each other, and not a way to define yourself and your self-worth. If you just relax, put no pressure on the sex and enjoy the moment you’ll have a good time even if you don’t get hard, there’s been multiple girls who I’ve had the issue with and they’ve all been fine with it and I’ve managed to get hard and shag them later anyway. Don’t focus on your dick getting hard, focus on her body and pleasuring her and not on your dick. If you get pissed off as well that will just make you less likely to get hard, like trying to get to sleep if you start getting really pissed off and focusing too much on how you’re not faking asleep, you won’t fall asleep. Focus too much on getting hard and you won’t get hard. It’s good that you’re not embarrassed, it happens to so many people and you can bet all these girls have been in this situation before.

Now I know a lot of people recommend nofap, but I think the sun pornfree is way better. Also if you’re not sexually active and you’re doing the 90 day challenge you’re going to go 90 days without emptying your sack which to me doesn’t sound right. The problem in my opinion is the porn and not the masturbation (if you’re not deathgripping). Cutting out porn and masturbating less frequently, more gently to whatever you can imagine is much healthier in my opinion. When I’ve relapsed and used material to masturbate it’s not even 10% as bad as the hardcore shit I was watching before, so my tastes are much more normal and it’s much easier to get aroused in the moment with a girl. See if you like pornfree the subreddit, I’ve found it much more helpful than nofap.

Hope this helps, one thing I’ve noticed with girls is the first time I may struggle to get hard, but once we’ve fucked once I never really struggled getting hard after that, so I think a big part is nerves which is completely natural, there’s nothing wrong with you. Get rid of porn forever, it’s insidiously bad for you and you don’t need it. Secondly I would recommend self hypnosis- just record yourself on your phone with a short 5 minute or so clip, giving yourself affirmations. Things like how confident you are, how hard your dick gets with girls, how you are relaxed and content in your body etc etc. Look up examples on YouTube there are plenty. Do this every day for a month just when you wake up or before you go to bed in that in between sleep and awake stage. Studies have shown that the sound of your own voice leaks into your subconscious and before you know it these thoughts and affirmations become true in your mind, your self narrative will be one of confidence and self assuredness rather than anxiety. Trust me it works.

Bro I had the same issue. Performance anxiety happened a lot despite me often not even feeling anxious. Things that helped: hotter girls, enthusiastic girls, building comfort with a girl over time (first time maybe you have issues, but by 3rd time you be good), blowjobs, weed/alcohol (sometimes helped sometimes hurt, would not recommend as a fix - just sharing my experience it occasionally let me feel loose), yohimbe & L-Arginine available OTC (idk if placebo or not but these seemed to help me), taladafenil (cialis) had once and I was bulletproof haha.

I was vaping for about 2-3 years on and off, quit multiple times, including now which I’ve been 6 months clean. No nicotine + cardio is guaranteed better blood flow and may solve it completely, but porn is the biggest problem it seems. It happened to me before too, and I’m on the path to fixing that problem. I would suggest cold turkey quitting nicotine, and after 21 days you will not get any urges at all.
