Hi all, I'm an introvert, and I'm damn proud of it. Does this mean I'm socially inept when it comes to game? Hell no! Last year, I went up to seven girls in a row in about 35 minutes. I walked away with seven new phone numbers. During that time, I would often open ~10 women a day with a number-close rate on average around 80%. This is one example of many-- not intended to be braggy, just a point that you can be an introvert and still be a skilled pickup artist. It's when you're an introvert and you're not opening that affects your game.

Introversion generally means you are more easily stimulated than your extrovert brethren, and thus social interaction is more exhausting. Hanging out with large groups of friends or just being around a lot of people is draining for me. I don't particularly like it. I prefer one-on-one interaction with meaningful conversations. I have found that these introverted qualities have only helped me when it comes to game.

There's also a guilt about being introverted. I spent much of my life denying the fact that I really valued reading books, meditation, and generally living a quite and peaceful existence. I forced myself to go to bars on a regular basis to game--even though I can't stand bars. Today, I'm happier and more successful with women than ever, and it comes in large part to embracing my introverted temperament (while still doing a ton of opens).

If you are an introvert, embrace it. Stop trying to be the super alpha extrovert all the time. As long as you're ruthlessly pursuing what you want, you're already every girl's wet dream.

edit #1: I will say, this post was largely spurred by a book I finished yesterday called "Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking" by Susan Cain. Highly recommended!
