Do not try to date out of your league — that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth: there is no such thing as a league.

Or if you really want leagues, there just PUA and AFC, you're already on the right team. Seriously, what you look like, you're raw "hottness" or lack thereof as a man is at best 10% of what makes a woman attracted to you or not. Follow my recent FR with a 10. Never at any point did I think to myself, I don't deserve this girl or I'm in someway inadequate to talk/date/fuck her. Was I a little extra excited because she was a total package, fuck yea but that's it.

Work on your inner game first. You have that mentality because you think you are not worthy or entitled to even be in "her league" when in fact you should be thinking, "Who wouldn't want to get to know me? I'm fucking awesome." Don't put ~~women~~ anyone on a pedestal, you deserve that chance to meet whoever the fuck you want.

You just have to talk to them. Some of them will be complete bitches, but hey, I've met 7s who thought they were the hottest shit around. I've met 4s who thought the same thing.

Once you talk to them you realize that they have personalities just like everyone else. They have insecurities just like everyone else. Passions, bad habits, guilty pleasures. They're just people, and the more you talk to them the more you'll find that this is how most of them see themselves.

I would love to give you a good advice, I had the same problem and i looked for a great ideas and solutions, but I feel the only way I got over it was just crashing and burning and then approaching again and again. Plus talking to everyone, so you start treating all women as human beings. I know it's cliché advice but it worked for me. Oh and one more observation, most of really gorgeous women are really not worth the effort, at least from my experience.

Oh and having this mentality is a symptom of only one thing, and it's a symptom of low self esteem and confidence in yourself. Fix those from within and it will all go away.

Stop treating them like an object. Try to get friends with hot girls (non-sexual). Learn that they are people as well. They have fears and doubts just like you do. Then you realize that talking to a really hot girl is just about the same as talking to a not as hot girl.

This is called Entitlement. You need to experience reference points and have the momentum to see your entitlement evolve. Once you find yourself with a really hot girl who looks just like two other girls you've already been with, you'll be there. Fake it until you make it.

I never understood the whole "out of my league" thing. I never went through that phase of thinking a girl was out of my league, and I'm not saying that because I'm successful with women either. I just never told myself "That girl is out of my league." All I did was say "she's really hot" then it was a matter of me actually trying to talk to her. Try that.

Get friendly reactions from a few girls who are "out of your league".

Try this. Ask 10 really hot girls for directions/the time. Note how they talk to you. Some will be matter of fact. Some will smile.

Once you get comfortable with this, try starting ten conversations with 10 girls that are "out of your league". Notice that at least a couple will be favorable.

If this is really a big issue, going abroad to someplace where you are "exotic" can help you blow past this hang-up in a big way.
