First thing: some people are just not going to be into it. They're going to see you as creepy. And they'll whisper about you.

Second thing: those people don't matter for shit. Even when you were younger, some people liked you and some didn't. The only difference is that now the people who don't like you will use your age as an excuse to explain why to themselves or others. It doesn't matter and doesn't mean you shouldn't socially interact/game anymore.

I have a buddy who is in his 50s and I saw how it worked for him. Some didn't like him, some did. He just tried his best to be tuned in and pay attention to the reactions of people around him. He assumed the best of people and was friendly. And some girls went for it or showed signs of interest so he made moves on those girls. Or he just investigated a little and found out if someone was interested. If they weren't, no harm, no foul, because he'd be paying attention and ready to make adjustments if someone was just a friend.

Last I knew of him, he was still keeping a steady rotation of women in their 30s, with a few in their 20s even though, in his words, he's trying to swear off of the younger ones. (But who could turn them down?)

You're going to need some things to do, that can facilitate social activities and meeting people in a comfortable way; it wouldn't hurt. Some suggestions I often make around here:

Hash runs; Trail running/hiking + beer + fit people = win
Couchsurfing meets. Hang with travelers and people who like to be around travelers.
Social partner dancing. Salsa, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, etc. You really can't go wrong. Learn something fun and have an excuse to be close to a girl in a fun and non-threatening way. (Just respect it as an activity & means of self-improvement first, and place to meet women second.)
Download the Meet-up app; it might make things easier for you.
Do a Facebook search for your city/town/area. Look under the Groups and Events tabs. Or you might search your city + some activity you're specifically interested in.

A little something extra for you since you're more seasoned and perhaps disciplined enough to pull something like this off.

This buddy I referred to before had a way of getting involved with social things: he found ways to help out people who organized events and ran venues, so that he was bringing people to the fun and on the mind of people who organize events. He started of by meeting event organizers and owners of venues in any new place he moves to, and friending them on FB.

First, he'd just ask around about where the places to be, were. Popular hangouts, etc. If you already know where these places are, then you're ahead on this step.
Then he'd simply chat up the owners there. Event organizers would usually be floating around at such places, or the owners would know them and be able to help him find them. Often, venue owners double as event organizers.
He would do things like tell an event organizer that he could deliver a group of people, if there's a slight discount.
Granted, he would already be making friends at social events like couchsurfers or wherever. He'd already have people who might be into whatever event he would be telling an organizer he could deliver people to.
He offer his friends that discounted rate for a thing they would often be up for anyway.
Then he starts moving to the top of the minds of organizers and venue owners as the guy who brings people. Those are busy people so if they know they can invite one guy and get a group of people, it's more efficient for them.
He would also offer help to people who ran regular weekly events listed on FB, sometimes becoming the organizer or co-organizer of such groups. He got a lot of exposure for very little work, once he put in some initial effort finding a few people and places in those first few weeks. He was constantly dating and socializing.

Day game is more than just running after chicks on the street. It is striking up casual conversations outside of drinking/dancing environments.

So you probably need to change your routine and make you life less than convenient. Paying a bill in person versus online.

The other angle is you need to get involved in more structured activities. Classes, charity, church, networking - things where both sexes are involved. In that context, you can't be a creeper either. But those settings are ideal for meeting friends of friends.

The problem with younger people is that they have considerable more energy. I'm 40, and part of me thinks that dating someone who is 25 (even 35) is going to be a serious headache, if only because I would want to be in bed by 10pm, whilst she'd want to be partying till 6am.

Any advice in this matter?

I'm not quite yet 30, but even now I find myself thinking ''Man, I hope I can still pickup 18 year olds with cold approach when i'm 65! If they say 'looks don't matter, it's all about 'game''', then why not!!? ''

I tend to only find really young girls super hot, and I honestly don't think that will ever change.

Come visit Asia instead of being a creepy old guy you'll just be the nice foreigner who helps university girls practice English. Just ask my friend in Tokyo who is 55 and banging four college girls right now. Its pretty normal in Asian culture for old guys to be hooking up with younger girls while they're married anyways.

Saw a post from another guy. He said he does not day game. But he uses dad game. He goes to the same bar and everyone knows him and the ladies build confort with him and start hitting on him. Hope this helps. Or we can bang 20 year olds today without building attraction if we hit the red light districts.

As a 23 year old guy who cant attract anyone, despite doing all those things that this subreddit mentions, work out, dress well, etc. And having some looks, apparently redditors think Im a 7-7.5, I dont know what to do anymore. I mean no offense to older guys, you guys are doing way better than me in every aspect of your life, but I just feel so worthless. Like I clearly dont know how women, dating, relationships, or sex works. I feel like Im so incompetent while everyone else gets all of this.

The only difference is that you're going to get rejected more. But the ones who are into a silver fox will like you that much more.

Your age will only be an issue if you let it be.

You have to come to terms that you will be that creepy guy to some women. There’s no avoiding it. When a woman thinks “hey this is creepy” they assume that other women think the same way. Which is incorrect. Respect and know where the line is, but go enjoy yourself.

Yep. Good for you. We're not supposed to be attracted to women 35+. Sometimes... but rarely.

Some girls will "frame" you as creepy... but you won't have much control there.

Actually, my favorite description of "creepy" is "wanting something, but trying to hide it." So this is one of those things... if you 1/2 approach, or do indirect... I think you're more likely to be seen as creepy. But if you approach, have good calibration, ping for interest... that's solid.

Is there "shame in your game?" That's on you.

I'm 49 and I get more pussy now then I ever have in my life, or than I ever thought I ever would. I'm talking 100's maybe 1000 per year 20-35 year old, and basically whatever I want. I actually got sick if the too hot ones . The real challenge is not getting attached or sucked in. It's not that I am technically better looking than I was in my 20s or 30s, but I am more attractive by far. Amost all young women get sick if 20 year old loser fratboy types who don't know what they're doing. They secretly fantasize about a strong decent- looking older man. Daddy issues. Hope this helps inspire you. I've seen guys pull it off into their 60s.
