Be decisive and take lead. Don’t be afraid of showing her attraction. You are a Man, she is a Woman. Sexual tension will always naturally be there unless you say something stupid. Feel the tension and run with it. She will feel it too.
[–]Perfect_War5446 -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link
But if I show too much attraction (which is showing interest) wouldn’t that turn her off? Cuz I’m showing her interest and they want what they can’t have?
[–]Kundalini-Electric 29 points30 points31 points 3 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
No the problem is neediness. Showing attraction isn’t showing neediness unless you’re too emotionally invested in her. You need abundance mindset.
[–]Perfect_War5446 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
So show her I’m into her sexually and that’s it? Don’t give her any attention unless it’s sexual?
[–]Kundalini-Electric 20 points21 points22 points 3 years ago* (4 children) | Copy Link
You’re thinking too deeply into it.
If you don’t show interest or desire, she’ll put you in the friendzone or think you’re creepy for approaching. If you show too much desire she’ll think you’re a sex pest. You’ve gotta find a balance.
You want to make her feel like a Woman, not a sex object.
[–]RastaPilot737 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
And is all about practice that this balance becomes second nature! For me abundance is that with each girl you meet you have absolutely nothing to lose!
[–]Kundalini-Electric 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Exactly it’ll come second nature
[–]johnnyxton 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This is way too complicated for a starter. Youre describing an emotional calibration here, it's impossible to understand without having been there. The reason OP is overthinking is because he believes thoughts can create feelings. That's a misconception. There's no text or no explanation that'll make him act more confident. Because it starts with feeling confident first. OP has to create the feeling of confidence by creating self-esteem and properly enjoying himself.

You've got it all wrong masculinity is your natural energy because you are the physical manifestation of a man. So you don't do anything to be masculine... you just be natural. Now many men have lost masculine qualities due to the comfortable society we live in today including competitiveness, dominance, leadership, logic, and assertiveness. But if you think "I gotta walk like this and talk like this and act like this" to be masculine then your mistaken.
I will give you the best possible formula for masculinity humanely possible:
Surround yourself with the right people that are heading in the direction and have the qualities(of masculinity) that you want to adopt. If these people are productive you will become productive, if they can smooth talk women you'll develop some smoothness yourself, if they are always disciplined you will become disciplined. These type of people are like balloons because they'll lift you up to the next level. However, just as I described there are people like this there are also people who are like weights that pull you down. Now here's my question to you... which type of people do you surround yourself with?
Another example: Think about how men were in tribes way back. These men fed off each other's masculinity constantly lifting each other up. It' works no different nowadays.
[–]argusboy 8 points9 points10 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Masculine energy is sure if it’s self, confident, controlled, drives the fun bus, is balanced and is consistent. Feminine energy is chaotic like the ocean. Keep the boat even keeled while always looking for adventure and fun and unbothered by the crashing waves of interesting and unending unpredictability. Masculine energy wants to keep things predictable and female energy wants the new shiny. So mix it up. Have fun. Be authentic but creative. They’ve seen it all before so show them something new.

This. A blend of both is also seductive in a person.

Abundance mindset is among the most important things that will separate you from simps and "beta" male as they call it. This means that you are going to carry on with the belief that if this girl were to ghost you or just walks away from you, you're going to not give a shit. Why? Because there are other women out there waiting to be approached and etc. Keep your options open. Talk to other women when you get the opportunity. Be sure to prioritize your needs! And don't be afraid to say no. I'm a recovering frim nice guy syndrome and I wish i did this years ago. Getting friendzoned is inevitable with women if you don't have the right skills.
[–]pixieasf 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
this is very true and well put, but that whole “alpha/ beta” shit is probably the most annoying & weirdest shit a guy can be hyper focused on
[–]Vangelis76 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Glad to hear that my comment resonates with you. I'm with you regarding the alpha/beta nonsense. Honestly, after getting friendzoned multiple times when I was single, I Ultimately met a great girl who accepted me thev way i am and 15 yrs running, she's still my wife. And she dated guys who fell in various categories that include "alpha" type as well. So nice guys can be great potential partners if given the chance by the right girl.

Being masculine around a girl usually means me just being dominant, assertive, and taking the lead while ofc pays attention to her and finding out where your limits are, at least how I personally do that.
[–]Perfect_War5446 -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
So my question is do I have to be serious all the time, or is it ok to smile and laugh at times? I heard someone once say don’t smile around women at all
[–]focus_flow69 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
You can be masculine and still be fun relaxed and goofy even. They are not mutually exclusive.
For me being masculine means be confident and comfortable leading yourself and others, as you please. Knowing when to direct and take action.
The exact way you do it or communicate that can vary from person to person. It can be subtle, non subtle, verbal or through actions. This is why to be masculine you have to own it your own way, don't imitate others completely or subscribe to any stereotypes or lack of it. Take influence and adapt to who YOU want to portray yourself as.
[–]cobraCL 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Bravo. This!
Owning oneself is masculine. Curating persona's and shape-shifting is not.
[–]cobraCL 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Hell no. Being serious all the time will bore women to shit, because any attempts at escalating energy and momentum in the flirtation will be shut down by you.
Be authentic and engage!
[–]CompetitionFair7686 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
You can smile, you don’t need to be a bad stereotype of someone dull who can’t never have fun because he is too serious to have fun.
[–]Perfect_War5446 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Ok, so I can smile, buts it’s probably a good idea to cut back on the jokes then

My dude just be. YOU. Be confident in who you are as a person. Thinking this much into how to “change” is going to throw red flags that you are hiding something from us. No hide.

You can be humorous, look at Pierce Brosnan James Bond movies
[–]Zealousideal6669 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Being masculine is about being fine and confident about yourself and your own feelings too so just if you wanna laugh than laugh if you wanna cry than just simply cry. Emotions are a natural part of being so being able to express it and not being embarrassed about it is a pretty masculine thing
[–]alfytony 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Masculinity is more than how women perceive you. It is about relentlessly working towards building yourself physically and mentally to face uncertainty and convert that into structure and stability. You may not fully succeed or partially succeed but that’s part of it. Perception by women should naturally improve if you focus on above.
[–]johnnyxton 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Center yourself and your motives. Don't get lost in tangents that are off base or don't fall in line with your goals and your motivation.
Be aware of the seeds of doubt: manipulation, selfishness and meekness. Don't doubt yourself or your goals, especially as a cost of being more attractive to her. Don't give into arguments or justifications, or more self validation through speaking. It is better to just listen. If anything you speak to reinforce yourself as someone who is "winning" in life, which is what actually attracts women beyond superficial boast or sexuality.
You are what you are and your goals can speak for you as long as you are actually attaining them.

Best advice: Find women who don’t give a shit about masculine vibe. They are shallow.
[–]StevenConfident 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
That's like saying men are shallow for wanting a feminine woman. Don't know about you, but I find it quite normal for women to want someone assertive and dominant and for men to want someone caring and emotional. Male-female polarity is a good thing, nobody wants some weird androgynous, asexual being.

Superficial, but having a nicely trimmed beard or mustache is really nice. Also confidence! Be confident in who you are, that's manly as fuck :)
Do things that boost your testosterone
[–]Silent-Recipe-3600 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
There are so many ways to enhance your masculinity that even the most masculine of men don’t even if have all these qualities. Think of Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, Daniel Craig, Tom Cruise. They all have different masculine traits. Idris Elba and Tom Hardy both have beards. Tom Cruise is very charismatic. Daniel Craig has a mysterious aura about him. Because there are so many traits to masculinity it is better to read books and also analyze traits of masculine figures.
[–]pixieasf 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
i’ve never been attracted to that “macho” or super masculine type , nor do I know many other woman who are. I would just suggest being yourself lmao that will get you way further than acting like some dick
It depends on what you think is “masculine”. Do you want a woman who primarily wants those kinds of traits in her partner? There isn’t inherently anything wrong with that, but my gut tells me that if she requires a “manly” man, she might also be a skosh high maintenance. If your belief is that that’s what most women want, then you’d be mistaken. There are plenty of women who prefer their partner not have classically alpha qualities. Wouldn’t you rather attract people who are attracted to what you already bring to the table?
[–]wannabe-WAussie 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
it's also a cultural construct. What's masculine depends on the culture, rather than the appearance/behavior. What's masculine and ok for men in a certain country it might considered feminine in others.
There's so much speculation about it, while it's so simple. Let me tell you a thing. You can't fake anything around women. They'll get it. Men aren't as naturally clever to detect that hence even this question, you think you could fake it because a woman can without you noticing (which is normal unless you have a tonnnn of experience with women). Naturally often it's expected to play for a woman harder for a man. (Playing hard to get). However. You as a man, should never fake anything. If at all, it's YOU. And you do it because it's YOU. If you're shy in a certain situation, you're shy, because that's you. If you're on top of the world in another situation you do it, because that's you. That's your inner force. Now the question should be changed, how can you change your inner nature? Look at the word nature here, it's important. And the answer is simple, you get your T-levels up. Simply put, hit the gym, and go for legs atleast twice a week. (That'll make you feel different after a few weeks believe me). Don't ever believe that psychological explanations (that won't resonate with you anyways if you don't feel it from the inside) or formulas will change anything. You gotta be yourself and respect yourself for that. The simplest way to achieve that is by being contempt with your own acts. Meaning you always have a backup in your mind. The strongest you can have is alternative women, but to build that you need something else, which will be you. That's the one you gotta pet. YOU. The confidence comes naturally when you got something else to hold on to. You don't make your happiness dependent on anyone. Which cause you to be yourself. This is the REAL confidence. It sounds like a reversed vicious cycle because it's like have alternative women -> you are confident. The other way around if you don't have alternative women it'll seem impossible to be confident. Hence the tip, start working with yourself first. The rest will come automatically.

Besides whatever you are doing. Contó the gym. Train hard then You Will get more testosterone. I have been 10 times accurate with girls. Even i got much more confident.

[–]Kindly-Article7336 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Being more masculine is being attentive and kind. Show her your interested but be natural. Women can tell if it is fake. Believe it or not being vulnerable is masculine and sexy.
[–]bandsupjay 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
By not being needy. Be a leader not a follower and do your own things. Its not about having big muscles and looking manly but your internal compass. If you’re confident enough, you won’t try to get them to like you and do things on your term. That communicates a strong man. Personally, I feel as I possess all these things, it just needs coaxing out of me. Higher the esteem mine is the 10x easier this comes because I don’t care and I know people like me for me.
