If it bothers you, talk with her about it (that it bothers you), maybe take some days distance, think about it (not the act, but how you can deal with it - emotionally) and then make a decision.

Either you can look past it and focus on what you two have now, or if you can't get rid of the bad feeling / can't overlook it, quit it with her.

Its okay to not be fully able to deal with this stuff emotionally. That's something you will learn over years to deal with. And not to ruin anything, but relationships at that age are not meant to be lasting. Still good to have them, to grow personally tho.

But before you suffer for months on, because you cannot deal with that fact and it bothers you, please make yourself the favor and break up. Time suffering would be less to heal from the breakup than to constantly deal with that thought
