Talk to your girlfriend about these types of situation. A lot of women prefer to handle it themselves rather than you starting a fight about it. In fact a lot of women would be turned off or upset by you starting a fight over it. If it’s in a club or a bar she can likely publicly humiliate him and would rather you let her do that then start a fight. A lot of times women are better at dealing with these types of situations than men. The only time you should really be stepping in is if she is in danger.

That scenario is exceedingly rare. A long time ago when I got into all that PUA nonsense, I read a lot of talk about AMOGing. It's just paranoia.

The reason some PUAs face it is because they're intruding onto other people's social groups. Women usually aren't bold enough to tell you to fuck off. They'll give signs of disinterest and when that doesn't work, her male buddies come in to rescue her. But a PUA would consider that "AMOGing".

Hit the gym, put on some mass to make yourself appear formidable, I guarantee this won't happen to you. Big muscles are intimidating even if the dude doesn't know if you can fight or not. I’m gonna give you a serious answer that’s the most logical. Like someone else said, this scenario is very rare is would likely never happen.

Let’s say it does happen, the best way to deal with that situation if it did turn into an altercation would be to have been prepared in advance. If you take up any form of martial arts you will be able to defend yourself in a situation like this. BJJ is specifically catered to situations like this, you’d be able to evade someone bigger than you, and like majority of people who are untrained, they’d likely be out of breath after a few minutes.

You could potentially deescalate a situation without actually assaulting someone which could inconveniently land you in jail for a night, on top of that you’d most likely leave the guy embarrassed and impress the spectators.
