So you have let’s say issues you need to work on, but instead of working on the issues you found a little shortcut that will give you a small short term victory. The way you wrote your post also insinuates you have accepted “the way you are” and therefore from that perspective only cheats/ shortcuts are possible. Don’t think like that, you can work on your anxiety and become a non shy guy and For example just put the effort in and take good pictures and I can pretty much guarantee you three things, it will be hard it will be a lot of effort, but when you get results it will feel so much better.
