How about instead of surgery, the short guys get out of this mindset that being short will prevent them from having girlfriends? I’ve been turned down in favor of shorter guys than me multiple times, & for many reasons, good & bad.

Height only universally affects your odds if you keep picking the woman versions of dudebros, which are sadly the ones men socially pressure each other to fetishize. If you expand your tastes outside of this one narrow outlet, you’ll find a lot of women who will pick you even if you’re not much taller than they are.

Factors can include multiple overlapping bonding points, investment in your own interests to the point of being an emotionally independent person, conviction of opinions, comfortable in your own skin, etc.

It’s really a lot of things, but height’s only a really big one if she’s a dudeho.
