Models is a very helpful book honestly. This coming from a dude in my mid-thirties, who's never been in a relationship and been on a single date. There is some very solid advice in the book. Granted, I'm a beginner, but we all gotta start somewhere, right?

To improve socially, I would definitely recommend reading "improv(e) your conversations" by Patrick King. I'm finally getting over my social anxiety and getting out there, talking to women. The book is very helpful in speaking to people in general though, not just women.

If you want a genuine, deep, transparent relationship. This is the book for you. Fuck all the game shit.

I always reread as a refresher. Some books I throw out but Models is one that stays on the book shelf. I've been on this particular journey for about 6 years now and while my game is pretty tight I always go back to where I started to refresh or help others.

It will sound cliché but it changed my life. A combination between Models + Honest Signalz YT literally changed my life for the better. Give it a chance but dont just read it for the sake of reading, try to read and act as soon as possible. I always liked to re-read or watch HS videos before going out and got great results

Yes. Definitely give it a read. It’s not about making yourself better for the sake of ladies. It’s all about how to make yourself better for your benefit - and how that can help with the ladies. Subtle difference.

Nope. I read that book twice in a 2 year period. Did not change my dating life at all. My dating life improved significantly after I started taking massive action.

Two key takeaways that did change my dating life:

Assume girls like you and assume they aren't playing games. Their signals reflect their true intentions.
Being physical and being physical quickly with women is more or less the only thing that matters in the long run if you want to improve your game. Rest are all fluff. As Julien says: "Don't be physical to achieve something. Be physical because you're a man and she's a woman."

It's one of the few dating advice self-help books I've ever read, and I can say it was very helpful.

Granted by the time I learned about the book, I was already on a journey of taking action and trying things differently. It did, however, point out a lot of things that I had specifically overlooked. One specific thing it helped with was learning to accept rejection as part of the process, be more "polarizing" by being my authentic self even if it makes a potential date not like me instead of playing it "safe" by hiding aspects of my personality, not taking rejection personally, etc.

I love the basics of his philosophy, but there are a few things I disagree with. Overall though, I highly recommend it, especially for anyone who is insecure or lacks confidence. Imo it is the perfect first step to self improvement

Not really, it has helped with being more confident and understanding to be vulnerable, but in terms of actually getting dates, I'm still at 0.

It was the book that kickstarted my inner-game work. It helped me on improving my interactions with people and my life in general. I might re-read it sometime, but most of Mark's advice is very general, so, as other people said, you might as well read other books along this one.
