Your problem is you are obsessed with this shit. You are subbed to god knows how many face proportion subreddits. You are insecure as fuck, you are unconfident, you have terrible self esteem. You perceieve yourself as low value and trying to learn why, you came across this face proportion kind of subculture that tells you you are ugly. All the problem is in your head.

Body dysmorphia is a psychological condition, not a physical one. You can suffer from it, no matter how you look. Solution: Make the best out of what you have and put the focus somewhere else, away from your looks. In hard cases - therapy.

Good looks help in life, yes, but your personality, style and social skills are more important. Learn to be okay with yourself! There are attractive women out there, who you would have a chance with, if you work on yourself. Find and get them. Whether someone else has it easier is not of relevance.

You look pretty normal to me, someone I’d pass in a crowd with looking twice (as opposed to being like whoa that guy is fucking ugly)

I saw a post on Twitter where a guy quit porn, quit jacking off, only ate whole foods and learned boxing. He posted pictures of his face before and then 4-5 after adopting these habits and the changes to his face were subtle yet also staggering. Look up soldier face change, these guys who went through basic training in Europe turned from doughy faced recruits to hard jawed beasts. You gotta make some changes man and it sounds like you need to start with you mind. Asking strangers on the internet to rate and asking for celebs to be rated is probably not helping you internally

Your hairline is not receding and your canthal tilt is not so negative that affects you in a bad way. You are a little bit overweight tho, lose some weight, then i would grow your beard out to make your jaw look a little bit bigger, especially since your ramus is short. That would bring you up around a point imo.

Before you consider surgery, first workout and lower your body fat percentage. That’ll show you your true facial potential. On top of that, you can try jaw exercises (but be careful of developing tmj) for your jawline. Your chin will look better as you lower your body fat percentage, and make sure you keep on the top of your mouth for the most optimal face shape

Bro, as a guy who's had body dysmorphia in the same way, you look great. Trust me, I noticed all the dumb shit like my mouth being crooked (I have TMJ disorder), my slightly recessed jawline, my smile being weird, etc. I'd look at the mirror, see a selfie and complain that my flipped image looks terrible, keep trying different angles to justify that I'm not ugly, etc. I'd feel alright some days, then the next week suddenly I'd want to cry looking in the mirror. I ranged from a 4-5/10 on /r/Rateme, and that's people being nice.

It's just a warped perception of how people look at you. People look at your face as a whole, and you look friendly and somewhat masculine. You've got decent facial structure, like the whole forward brow thing white guys have.

"True rate me" is an overcorrection of r/rateme. It's not realistic. I've seen seriously model looking dudes been told "eh, 5/10." It's just filled with ideological incels and women whose sense of purpose comes from giving handsome people a lower score.

Do not get any sort of surgery. You can achieve a pretty damn good body by just getting a lower body fat percentage. Your face will look way better too, and it doesn't look bad at all right now.

If you up your confidence by doing things like hitting the gym, you will absolutely do great with women. They're not as scary as you might think.

First off, that truerateme sub seems more about facial symmetry and how close a persons face is to "perfection" - don't go there trying to find out how "attractive" your face is.
There is noting "wrong" with your face, so please cut this shit out.
Asymmetry and flaws are very attractive. OWN your flaws.
You have one problem > You have low self esteem.
You need to slowly build yourself up. It will take time.
Go to Youtube - lookup mindful/guided meditation and positive affirmations > I personally recommend The Linda Hall Meditation channel.
Buy a 35lb Kettlebell ( Lifeline on Amazon are great bells ) - plenty of good kettlebell instruction on youtube ( like Mark Wildman )
Double chin? - Get into a habit of eating better ( Dr Berg youtube ) God I love youtube

I remember my mom saying some famous celebrity sisters were beautiful and I didn’t find them attractive at all so it stuck with me that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

bro you’re an average looking guy, you’re blowing it out of proportion. grow out your beard, get a good barber that can give you a good haircut and line up your beard. get your eyebrows done regularly too (nothing too fancy just a clean up with a nice shape). Get to 10-15% body fat and drink lots of water come back after you’ve done all these things and tell us how you feel about yourself.

If you're worried about internet rating scores as a measure of your self worth then you're fucked because of this toxic mindset.

Women don't rate men the same way we do. They see most guys as average/ugly, and a few as 'hot'. So their rating system is pretty much going to be really low numbers or 10/10, nothing in between. Whereas guys can see a wider spectrum and we could look at a range of pictures and find a girl we'd rate each number. Also, women aim upwards too. So a 7/10 girl sees a 7/10 guy, her 'equal', but she sees him as a 4/10 because she thinks a 10/10 is her level. And online dating reinforces that. She matches with some saudi prince on a yacht who would fuck her and never speak to her again - so that's her level now even though that guy just wanted sex and wouldn't want to speak to her again. Just the way it is.

Talk to girls in real life if you aren't having success online, because ultimately looks matter so much less in real life.

Oh and finally stop rating people based on numbers, I've only done it to explain this to you.
