That's really cool that you did that man! I remember I met this super cute girl at Optometrist office way back before I got into pickup and I just blatantly flirted with her the whole time. I kicked myself for not at least trying to close her so its cool you tried.

Only thing you have to remember is that she's a hired gun, so she's essentially paid to be nice and flirt with you her paycheck literally depends on it. Plus you can only meet at most one maybe cute girl everytime you go out to eat. If you want to get more chances at "yes" responses you need to get a more dependable access to meeting girls and you'll be golden.

Just wanted to throw in a follow up. I thought of a line I've used before when a situation like this occurs. When she uses the "if I didn't have a boyfriend, I totally would" line.

Sometimes I've basically said this:

"OK, totally cool. I understand. But I'll make you a deal. I'll write MY number down on that receipt, and you just tuck that away somewhere for safekeeping.

(then, before she says anything): "Now look. I totally wish you and your boyfriend the best things in the world. Frankly, I hope you get married and have like 50 children and a house and a farm and all that stuff." (usually you get a blush/smile on that one).

"BUT!.....but, if for some reason. Whatever reason. Things don't work out. You give me a call, and we'll see if we can make something happen."

So, how well does this work? I'd say that this works about 50/50. 50% of the time she'll smile, and say OK. You write your number. Thank her for the great service. And that's the end of it.

And how may times has this panned out for me? ONCE. Just one time I got a call, a few months later. And she was a rocking good time that I spent 6 months banging. And you all know how the first 6 months goes...

So, it's a low probability move. But what do you have to lose? Even if it only works once in your life, you'll be happy. :-)

That is awesome man! It made me smile to see that you used that line and it basically worked. (that line works all the time). The fact that she came back and talked to you after you paid tells me she probably is with another dude. But man if she wasn't...I think she'd be all over you. Keep it up man that is really awesome.
